Objective: People living with HIV (PLHIV) often face increased vulnerability due to factors like social isolation and reduced resilience. These factors can negatively impact health outcomes, quality of life, and well-being for both PLHIV and their families. Therefore, healthcare providers should carefully assess these variables when providing care for PLHIV.

Background: Children with physical disabilities (Having this type of disability can be due to any of the reasons such as cerebral palsy, genetic, developmental, neurodevelopment and any other reasons that cause physical disability in the child) need rehabilitation services. Tele-rehabilitation is a practical approach to provide rehabilitation services for children with rapid and continuous access. This approach has been used more recently and overcomes the limitations of conventional rehabilitation, which involves wasting time, traveling distance, and cost.

Preparation of carbon dots (CDs) from biomass waste is of great interest due to its low cost synthesis, environmental compatibility and functionalization without adding dangerous chemicals. Herein, S-doped carbon dot (SCD) was synthesized using agricultural waste as carbon precursors and modified in-situ with rhodamine B dye (SCD@RHB) to construct efficient flouresent probe. SCD@RHB was loaded into HKUST-1 metal-organic framework (SCD@RHB/HKUST-1) and the probe was employed as ratiometric flouresent (RF) sensor for the determination of ciprofloxacin (CIP) antibiotic in trace level.
