Patient factors (notably high tibial slope and narrow femoral intercondylar notch width) and surgical factors (including meniscus treatment and anterior cruciate ligament [ACL] tunnel position) contribute to ACL reconstruction failure. The number one cause of failure is a misplaced ACL femoral tunnel. Tunnel malposition leads to a higher incidence of postoperative meniscal lesions, inferior clinical outcomes, and higher revision rates.

Background: Lateral extra-articular procedures are becoming increasingly popular in association with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, especially in patients with persistent rotatory instability and in a high-risk population. However, few studies have investigated the outcomes of the lateral extra-articular procedure as an associated procedure in an ACL revision (R-ACLR) setting and its benefit with respect to isolated intra-articular reconstruction.
Hypothesis: Lateral extra-articular procedures reduce the failure rate of revision ACL reconstruction (R-ACLR).

Aims: The aim of this study was to establish consensus statements on the diagnosis, nonoperative management, and indications, if any, for medial patellofemoral complex (MPFC) repair in patients with patellar instability, using the modified Delphi approach.
Methods: A total of 60 surgeons from 11 countries were invited to develop consensus statements based on their expertise in this area. They were assigned to one of seven working groups defined by subtopics of interest within patellar instability.

Background: The aim of the present study was to document a series of patients with meniscal hypermobility due to a Type III Wrisberg variant lateral discoid meniscus, describing their clinical presentation, analyzing their magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and arthroscopic characteristics, and reporting the outcomes of an all-inside stabilization.
Method: Nine cases of Wrisberg variant Type III discoid lateral menisci were identified based on patient's history and clinical examination. Knee MRIs were reviewed to exclude the presence of Type I-II discoid meniscus (complete or incomplete) or bucket handle tears and general arthroscopic criteria.

Recent Findings: During the past decades, the ACL registries have had an important role in increasing our understanding of patients with ACL injuries and their treatment. The registry data has deepened our understanding of factors that have been associated with an increased risk of sustaining an ACL injury and for evaluation of treatment factors and their impact on patient-related outcomes.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the functional and clinical outcomes, blood loss, complication rate, and hospital length of stay (LOS) of total hip replacement (THR) using a minimally invasive tissue-sparing posterior superior (TSPS) approach and the standard posterior approach.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective, observational, double-centered study included 38 patients undergoing hip replacement. The patents were divided into two groups: control group (19 patients), who underwent surgery with the standard posterior approach, and treatment group (19 patients), who received the same type of implant with ceramic-on-ceramic bearing via the TSPS approach.
