This study explores feasibility of producing a plant-based chicken analogue using an innovative layering method with sprouted fava bean flour, wheat gluten and beet powder. Analyses of raw and cooked samples were conducted to mimic conventional chicken properties. Results indicate that sprouting process significantly improve protein and amino acid profile of meat analogue from 22 % to 45 % respectively, outperforming conventional chicken.

Vibrational spectroscopy is a nondestructive analysis technique that depends on the periodic variations in dipole moments and polarizabilities resulting from the molecular vibrations of molecules/atoms. These methods have important advantages over conventional analytical techniques, including (a) their simplicity in terms of implementation and operation, (b) their adaptability to on-line and on-farm applications, (c) making measurement in a few minutes, and (d) the absence of dangerous solvents throughout sample preparation or measurement. Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) pesticide application in recent years owing to its importance such as time saving, reduction in human drudgery and also reduction in pesticides application rate.
