The literature sources devoted to the problem of the formation of neuropathic pain in lumbosacral dorsalgia and the effective treatment regimens used are analyzed. The clinical and pathogenetic justification of the appointment of complex drug treatment is presented, taking into account the most significant causes of acute and chronic nonspecific back pain - radicular, facet, musculotonic syndromes. The aim of the study is to evaluate the advantage of including audiological testing in the system of comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) of patients. Objective: To access the effect of Relatox, the first Russian botulinum toxin type A, in patients with chronic migraine (CM) and medication overuse (MO).

Material And Methods: In phase IIIb single-blind randomized multicenter active-controlled parallel-group study, patients with CM were randomized to once intramuscular injections of Relatox (101) or onabotulinumtoxin A injections - Botox (108). This subgroup analysis evaluated the percentage of patients who transition from medication overuse to non overuse status from baseline; mean changes in the number of headache days, migraine headache days, acute headache medication intakes days, headache intensity, proportion of patients who had a ≥50% reduction in headache days, proportion of the patients with severe (≥60) Headache Impact Test-6 score and with a severe (≥21) MIDAS score in a 28-day periods in each treatment among patients with baseline acute medication overuse via repeated measures.

The study consists of clinical and radiological parallels between the severity of functional pathology of the temporomandibular joint, bone density of the joint elements and the effect of bioregulatory therapy on it at different ages. The study consists in studying the state of oral hygiene and periodontal tissues in elderly patients during dynamic follow-up for 12 months. This article describes the use of augmented reality technology for the removal of an odontogenic cyst of the upper jaw. By combining the image of computed tomography, anatomical formations and the tip of the endoscope in mixed reality, a navigation system was created for performing cystectomy and resection of the tip of the molar root for a volumetric cyst of the maxillary sinus.
