This study aimed to identify disulfidptosis-related lncRNAs, and predict LUAD patients' prognosis and response to antitumor therapies by establishing a disulfidptosis-related lncRNA model.

Background: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a type of breast tumor with a poor prognosis because it lacks or expresses low levels of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2). TNBC is more common in middle-aged and older women, and cases of TNBC in children are rarely reported. This is the only case of childhood SBC in our hospital in more than 70 years, and the disease is extremely rare internationally.

This study was to investigate the secretion of related factors by alveolar macrophages and AMPK/PGC-1 α signal pathway in viral acute lung injury (VALI) patients. 30 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group (BCG) and VALI group (VALIG) with 15 rats in each group. The model of VALIG was induced by polyI: C and the BCG was given the same amount of normal saline.

Comparison of two emergency cervical cerclage techniques in twin pregnancies: A retrospective cohort study matched with cervical dilation.

Objectives: This retrospective cohort study aimed to assess the efficacy of emergency cervical cerclage (ECC) performed with the combined McDonald-Shirodkar technique in twin pregnancies between 18 and 26 weeks of pregnancy with painless cervical dilation 1 to 6 cm.

Methods: A retrospective cohort study matched with the degree of cervical dilation was conducted. The study group (case group) included women with twin pregnancies undergoing combined McDonald-Shirodkar approach with cervical dilation ≥1 cm between 18 to 26 weeks of gestation at four institutions, from December 2015 to December 2022.

Background: The impact of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP) on outcomes of twin gestations is not clear. We aimed to collate data via this meta-analysis to examine how HDP alters maternal and neonatal outcomes of twin gestations.

Methods: Studies comparing pregnancy outcomes of twin gestations based on HDP and published on the databases of PubMed, CENTRAL, Scopus, Web of Science, and Embase between 1 January 2000 to 20 March 2023 were eligible for inclusion.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the triage value obtained in DNA ploidy analysis of cervical exfoliated cells in women with high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV)-positive status in the primary screening of cervical cancer.

Methods: The authors selected 3,000 HR-HPV-positive women for cervical exfoliated cell sampling and conducted DNA ploidy analysis, liquid-based cytology (LBC), colposcopy, and cervical biopsy. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL)-positive detection between DNA ploidy analysis and LBC were compared according to histopathology diagnosis as the golden criteria, and the efficacy of predicting HSIL-positive immediate risk was evaluated.

Background: Studies have reported that exercise can effectively improve the quality of life of breast cancer (BC) patients. However, considering the differences in exercise form and intensity, it is difficult to quantify and unify the improved outcomes, and there are contradictions in the conclusions. One case of congenital myopathy caused by new mutation of RYR1 gene and literature review.

To report a case of congenital myopathy caused by RYR1 gene complex heterozygous mutation and analyze the pathogenicity of the mutation. Method The clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, imaging findings, muscle pathology and gene test results of a child with congenital myopathy were analyzed retrospectively. Combined with literature review, it is analyzed and discussed.
