Objective: To compare the safety and effectiveness between long-term GnRH agonist plus HCG (dual trigger) and HCG trigger alone in high ovarian responders.
Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on clinical data from 314 cases of high ovarian response who underwent in-vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) treatment at Hunan Provincial Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital from July 2018 to January 2023. Participants were divided into two groups based on their triggering regimen: the Combined treatment group (GnRH agonist + HCG) and the HCG group (HCG alone).

Introduction: -phenyl-2-(aniline) analog is a previously discovered dual inhibitor of Topo I and COX-2, which exhibited significant anti-colon cancer activity , but the poor solubility and moderate anti-cancer activity hindered its further development.
Methods: To rectify the suboptimal drug properties of , a series of salt forms were developed and further evaluated through and experiments.
Results: The hydrochloride () has a well-characterized crystal structure and its solubility reached 540.

Background: Inborn errors of metabolism (IEMs) are rare diseases caused by inherited defects in various biochemical pathways that strongly correlate with early neonatal mortality and stunting. Currently, no studies have reported on the incidence of IEMs of multi-ethnic groups in Huaihua, China.
Methods: A total of 206,977 neonates with self-reported ethnicity who underwent IEM screening at Huaihua from 2015 to 2021 were selected for observation.

The significance of point-of-care testing (POCT) in early clinical diagnosis and personalized patient care is increasingly recognized as a crucial tool in reducing disease outbreaks and improving patient survival rates. Within the realm of POCT, biosensors utilizing magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) have emerged as a subject of substantial interest. This review aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the current landscape of POCT, emphasizing its growing significance within clinical practice.

Rationale And Objectives: To identify the risk factors for contrast media (CM) extravasation and provide effective guidance for reducing its incidence.
Materials And Methods: We observed adult inpatients (n = 38 281) who underwent intravenous contrast-enhanced computed tomography between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2022. Risk factors for CM extravasation were evaluated using univariate and multivariate logistic regression.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand and analyze the risk factors of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC)-related venous thrombosis in adult patients with cancer.
Methods: This observational cohort study included adult patients with cancer who underwent color Doppler ultrasound at the Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Hunan Provincial Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital, and Xiangya Changde Hospital, Hunan Province, from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to determine the risk factors of PICC-related venous thrombosis.

Objective: To identify the risk factors for moderate and severe contrast media extravasation and provide effective guidance to reduce the degree of extravasation injuries.
Methods: We observed 224 adult patients who underwent contrast media extravasation at Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Hunan Provincial Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital, and Xiangya Changde Hospital, Hunan Province between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2022. Risk factors for moderate extravasation injuries were evaluated using univariate and multivariate logistic regression.

Preterm infants constitute an important proportion of neonatal deaths and various complications, and very preterm infants (VPI) are more likely to develop severe complications, such as intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH), anemia, and sepsis. It has been confirmed that placental transfusion can supplement blood volume in infants and reduce preterm-associated complications, which is further conducive to the development of the nervous system and a better long-term prognosis. Based on these advantages, placental transfusion has been widely used in VPI.
