Background: This study aimed to explore the relationship between flavonoids intake and the prevalence and all-cause mortality of depressive symptoms in American adults.
Methods: Analyzing 2007-2008, 2009-2010, and 2017-2018 NHANES data, we examined the association between dietary flavonoid and depressive symptoms, including specific subclasses assessment and mortality outcomes tracking until December 31, 2019. Our methodology included weighted multivariate logistic regression, weighted cox proportional hazards regression and restricted cubic spline (RCS) models, supported by stratified and sensitivity analyses.

- The study aimed to examine the impact of the Xiongcan Yishen Formula (XYF) on clock gene expression in the testes of rats with late-onset hypogonadism (LOH).
- Forty-eight male SD rats were divided into six groups, with the LOH model induced in five groups through D-galactose injections, while one group served as a normal control.
- After treatment, results showed that XYF, especially at higher doses, significantly increased testosterone levels and improved the expression of several important clock genes and proteins involved in testosterone regulation compared to the LOH model control group.

Purpose: To investigate the characteristics of blood in nonsyndromic retinitis pigmentosa (RP) and reveal the pathogenesis of blood cells involved in blood stasis in RP.
Design: This is a retrospective observational study.
Methods: We collected vein blood from 101 cases of patients with nonsyndromic RP and 120 cases of normal individuals according to a single-blind study and used routine clinical examination to detect the indicators of blood.
