Purpose: This study [PROSPERO CRD42023416272] systematically analysed the effects of a physical activity intervention on cardiorespiratory fitness in obese children and adolescents and elucidated the factors that influenced those effects.

Methods: A systematic review of the literature on physical activity interventions for improving cardiopulmonary fitness in obese children and adolescents from January 1, 2011, to March 1, 2023, was conducted. The search was performed on the Web of Science and PubMed databases, and the selected literature was first screened and then assessed for quality.

Background: Skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) is a highly aggressive disease with a poor prognosis for advanced tumors. To study the effect of using Nordic hamstring exercise method on muscle strength and knee joint stability of patients after ACL reconstruction. 60 patients admitted to our hospital for ACL reconstruction were randomly divided into a test group (n = 30, applying Nordic hamstring exercise) and a control group (n = 30, applying conventional rehabilitation training methods), and the difference in the circumference of the thighs of the patients in the two groups was analysed after training, and the peak torque (PT), total torque (PT), and flexion and extension strength were measured by using the Biodex system3 Multi-joint Isokinetic Testing System at knee joints with an angular velocity of 60°/s and 120°/s. The peak torque (PT), total work (TW), and average peak torque (AVG PT) were measured by extension and flexion strength at angular velocity, and the Lysholm Knee Score was used to assess the knee function of 60 patients.

Effects of iguratimod on inflammatory factors and apoptosis of submandibular gland epithelial cells in NOD mice.

Non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice were taken as primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) model mice to examine the therapeutic impact of iguratimod (IGU) on inflammatory factors levels and apoptosis of submandibular epithelial cells, and provide experimental basis for the treatment of pSS by iguratimod. Twenty-four NOD murine models were divided into the model, high-dose (IGU 30 mg/kg) and low-dose (IGU 10 mg/kg) groups, eight mice per group. The normal control group comprised eight C57B/L mice.

Molecular geometric deep learning.

Molecular representation learning plays an important role in molecular property prediction. Existing molecular property prediction models rely on the de facto standard of covalent-bond-based molecular graphs for representing molecular topology at the atomic level and totally ignore the non-covalent interactions within the molecule. Fast track surgery for children with congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia: A prospective interventional study.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of fast-track surgery combined with a clinical nursing pathway on the recovery and complications of congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia.

Methods: 82 children with congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia admitted from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects. The control group received routine clinical nursing pathway while the intervention group received a fast-track surgery combined with a clinical nursing pathway.
