Method: Thirty-one cases treated with tonsillectomy which applied with nasal endoscope and ultracision-harmonic scalpel (ultrasonic scalpel group) and 31 cases treated with routine operation (routine group) respectively. The operating time and blood loss during operation and the degree of pain and the region of inflammation humidity as well as hospitalization days were observed.
