To estimate the financial data of enterprises obtained from non-financial organizations listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange a panel regression analysis was conducted.

Green road transportation management and environmental sustainability: The impact of population density.

The objective of the study is to examine the moderating role of population density in the relation between road transportation and environment sustainability of South Asian countries from 1990 to 2014. The study uses environment sustainability (population density) as the outcome (moderator), whereas road infrastructure, road density, energy intensity and transportation energy consumption are explanatory variables. The selection of these variables is motivated by their significance in understanding the relationship between road transportation and environmental sustainability.

Destination food has been increasingly appealing to tourists within adjacent markets. This trend has been widely recognised by destination marketers; however, scholars have paid limited attention to tourists' psychological and behavioural responses to destination food. Taking Shunde as the research site, using a questionnaire-based survey method equipped with the techniques of measurement modelling, path analysis, principal component analysis, and cluster analysis, this study explores how tourists' food involvement affects their place attachment and destination loyalty, as well as the differentiation of tourists with different lifestyles.

Effects of kinesio taping on static balance performance and muscle activity in children with developmental coordination disorder: a single-group pretest-posttest study.

Objective: To compare the effects of various kinesio tape applications on static balance and muscle activity in children with developmental coordination disorder.  Methods: Four taping conditions were applied to 48 children with developmental coordination disorder: no taping, gastrocnemius taping, tibialis anterior taping; and peroneus longus taping. Postural sway and electromyographic data were assessed, with eyes closed (30 s), standing still in 2-leg stance, dominant-leg stance, and non-dominant-leg stance.

A survey was conducted in Hisar, located in Haryana, India, to assess the quality of raw chicken meat. To ensure comprehensive coverage, healthy broiler chickens were obtained from various meat retail outlets in Hisar city, encompassing the majority of such establishments. Food pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites are agents present in food or water that can cause foodborne illness. Some of these pathogens have been identified in Ghanaian foods and were responsible for the major foodborne disease outbreaks in Ghana. Thus, the current study assessed the awareness of foodborne pathogens and food safety knowledge of students in Ghana.

Background And Objectives: Many studies have confirmed the influences of various service quality dimensions on patient satisfaction and loyalty, but no existing theoretical model accounts for variation in how different types of patients evaluate service quality's soft and hard attributes. This research gap may cause problems for administrators needing to decide how to distribute resources appropriately across multiple departments. Therefore, this study establishes a theoretical model of the differences between inpatients' and outpatients' evaluations of hard and soft qualities and compares such evaluations' influences on patient satisfaction and loyalty.

This study investigated the nutritional and physicochemical changes in two varieties of fonio germinated for 24, 48 and 72 h at 28 °C.

Evaluation of nutritional and functional properties of anatomical parts of two sorghum () varieties.

Compositional differences exist among grain varieties as well as in the content of respective fractions. The proximate composition, amino acids, mineral contents, and functional properties of white and brown sorghum and its anatomical parts (dehulled and bran) were studied. The results showed that the bran had higher crude protein, crude fat, crude fibre, and ash contents for both sorghum varieties than the whole grain and dehulled samples.

This is partially due to the homogenization of the global food supply with commodity crops. The reintroduction or introduction of neglected and underutilized species, minor, forgotten, and indigenous crops and landrace varieties to the wider food systems and further diversification have been outlined as the future strategies for tackling the above by the United Nations and the Food and Agriculture Organization in their policy frameworks.

JD-R model on job insecurity and the moderating effect of COVID-19 perceived susceptibility.

The present research applied a triangulation approach in order to examine the mediating effect of job insecurity and the moderating effect of perceived susceptibility to COVID-19 (PSC) in the Job demands and resources model (JD-R model). Questionnaire and follow-up interview data were collected at two points in time from 292 hotel front-line employees and 15 hotel senior and department managers in Phuket, Thailand. Quantitative results indicated that job insecurity fully mediated the relationship between job demands and job burnout, as well as the relationship between job demands and work engagement.
