Acetaminophen (APAP) stands as one of the most prevalent triggers of drug-induced acute liver injury (ALI). The intricate modulation of immune system activation and inflammatory cascades by hepatic immune cells is paramount in managing liver injury and subsequent restoration. In this study, we employed an integrative approach that fused our proprietary flow cytometry analyses across various time points post-APAP injury with publicly available single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) datasets, encompassing time-series data from liver tissue of mice subjected to APAP intoxication.

[Efficacy and Safety of Reduced Dose Azacitidine in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Myelodysplastic Syndromes].

Objective: To analyze the efficacy and safety of low-dose azacitidine in the treatment of senile myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).

Methods: A total of 92 elderly MDS patients who were initially diagnosed in the Huaibei Miners General Hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2018 to June 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 46 patients in each group. The observation group received a low dose of azacitidine 100 mg/d, d1-7, 28 days as a course of treatment, 6 courses in total, and the control group received a standard dose of azacitidine 75 mg(m·d), d1-7, 28 days as a course of treatment, a total of 6 courses of treatment.

[Analysis and summary of clinical characteristics of 289 patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria in Zhejiang Province].

To further improve the understanding of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), we retrospectively analyzed and summarized the clinical characteristics, treatment status, and survival status of patients with PNH in Zhejiang Province. This study included 289 patients with PNH who visited 20 hospitals in Zhejiang Province. Their clinical characteristics, comorbidity, laboratory test results, and medications were analyzed and summarized.
