Introduction: Compartment syndrome as a complication during intramedullary nailing of closed tibia fractures was first documented as early as 1980.

Case Report: We report a case of a 19-year-old young man victim of a road accident (motorcycle accident) causing an uncomplicated closed fracture of 2 bones of the left leg. The patient underwent centromedullary nailing of the tibia.

Rare association between spinal epidural abscess and septic arthritis of the hip in pediatric age: Case report.

Introduction And Importance: Epidural abscess is a rare but serious infection. Although more commonly seen in men over 50, our case is notable for its occurrence in a pediatric patient, highlighting the unusual nature of this abscess at such a young age, particularly in conjunction with septic arthritis of the hip.

Guyon's canal syndrome resulting from an ulnar artery aneurysm: A case report.

Introduction And Importance: The ulnar's nerve compression at the Guyon's canal is not a frequent entity add to it that vascular lesions are rarely involved as a causative agent of this syndrome.

Case Presentation: We report a case of a young male patient admitted in our department for a Guyon's canal syndrome due to an aneurysm of the ulnar artery and underwent a surgical decompression. Post-operative course was uneventful and the patient was satisfied with the result.

Introduction And Importance: Bilateral combined fractures of the greater tuberosity with anterior internal shoulder dislocation are extremely rare, presenting challenges in treatment due to their uncommon occurrence and lack of standardized management protocols.

Case Presentation: We report the case of a 22-year-old patient who experienced bilateral anterior shoulder dislocations with associated fractures of the greater tuberosities following a seizure-induced fall. Clinical Discussion: The unique aspect of our case is the unusual mechanism of injury.

Vascular complications of tibial exostosis: A rare case of popliteal vein deep venous thrombosis.

Introduction And Importance: Tibial exostosis (osteochondroma) represents a prevalent benign bone tumor typically identified in young adults. Uncommonly, vascular complications can emerge, encompassing vessel perforation, thrombosis and arterial thromboembolic events. Rare instances of popliteal vein thrombosis resulting from tibial osteochondroma have been documented.

Early laparoscopic cholecystectomy in severely comorbid patients with acute cholecystitis: results of a monocentric study.

The aim is to evaluate laparoscopic cholecystectomy safety based on American Society of Anesthesiologists score for acute cholecystitis in patients with comorbidities. This is retrospective study of patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis between 2003 and 2021. According to their respective ASA-score, patients were divided into group 1: ASA1-2 and group 2: ASA3-4.
