One of these benefits is a shorter recovery time after endoscopy. Assessment scales are currently available that allow a more efficient discharge from endoscopy units.

Objectives: In recent years, various scientific societies and healthcare organisations have created recommendations aimed at decreasing the use of healthcare interventions that have shown no efficacy or effectiveness. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of an intervention on 12 do-not-do recommendations regarding the laboratory in 7 hospital centres.
Methods: Before-after study conducted in 7 hospital centres of Cordoba and Jaen during 2015 and 2016.

Aims: To study the reliability (inter-observer agreement and internal consistency) of the Spanish version of the Nursing Outcome "Knowledge: Health Resources" and determine the differences in reliability when used by nurses in two settings: community care and hospital care.
Method: Reliability study. 12 experienced nurses were paired (community and hospital) to use this nursing outcome questionnaire to assess health service users.
