Objective: Hepatitis B (HB) is a preventable disease and a public health challenge due to its high morbidity and mortality. This study was conducted within the framework of the World Health Organization's strategy, which includes establishing prophylactic measures to prevent vertical transmission. The aim was to assess the degree of implementation of HB preventive measures to avoid vertical transmission in newborns in Spain.

Subacromial impingement syndrome (IS) is a common disorder associated with functional impairment and disability of the shoulder. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of Vojta therapy (VT) techniques compared with standard therapy (ST) in patients with subacromial IS. A randomized controlled trial was performed, with 60 patients with IS (mean age, 61±12 years) randomized into two groups: ST (n=30) and ST plus Vojta therapy (SVT, n=30).

Pseudolymphomatous folliculitis is a rare entity included among the cutaneous pseudolymphomas. A 32-year-old man, with an unremarkable medical history, presented with a two-month history of an asymptomatic solitary nodule on his left cheek. Histopathological examination demonstrated a dense nodular and diffuse dermal lymphocytic infiltrate with numerous histiocytes and dendritic cells that surrounded hypertrophic hair follicles.

Objective: To determine the relationship between satisfaction with antiretroviral therapy (ART), adherence and quality of life (QoL) in adult patients diagnosed with HIV infection and ART according to the posologic load.
Method: Multicenter, observational and cross-sectional study. Socio-demographic, clinical and of posologic load (1, 2-4 or > 4 tablets/day), adherence (SMAQ, dispensation recordings (DR) and visual analogical scale), satisfaction (ESART questionnaire) and QoL (MOS-HIV) variables were gathered.
Objective: To analyze the management of prenatal urinoma and ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) postnatally by a case report and literature review.
Methods: We report a case of an UPJO and urinoma in a newborn. After birth, renal function was absent, and nephrectomy was performed.
