Purpose: The portability of a hand-held ultrasound allows the health care worker to conduct lung ultrasound in out-of-hospital setting. It is used as a tool to conduct staging and triaging for COVID-19 patients. This study evaluated the utilization of lung ultrasound in an out-of-hospital setting versus chest x-rays in detecting and staging of COVID-19 patients with pneumonia.

Introduction: Insulinoma is a functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor primarily leading due to hypoglycemia due to hypersecretion of insulin. This case illustrates the real challenges faced in the detection of an occult insulinoma, which resulted in a protracted course of the disease.
Case Presentation: A 33-year-old female presented with recurrent hypoglycemia.

Hibernoma is a slow growing, rare benign tumour, which derived from brown adipose tissue. This tumour is usually found in the area where foetal fat persists such as back, axilla, retro peritoneum and thorax. Hibernoma rarely occurs in the retro pharynx.

Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (GEP- nETs) are rare neoplasms with a complex spectrum of presentation. The study cohort (n=64) included the diagnoses of carcinoid, (n=26, 41%), insulinoma, (n=25, 39%), undetermined (n=10, 16%), VIPoma, glucagonoma and multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEn-1) (n= 3). Almost half of the patients (n=31) had distant metastasis at diagnosis, the commonest being carcinoid tumours.
