[Self-expanding tracheobronchial stent for treatment of post-pneumonectomy bronchopleural fistulas].

Introduction: Bronchopleural fistula represents a formidable complication after pneumonectomies. There are numerous surgical and endoscopic procedures for its treatment.

Clinical Case: We present a case where a coated self-expanding nitinol stent was used to exclude a bronchopleural fistula.
