We present the case of a 77-year-old male patient with a diagnosis of chronic calculous cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis, with a history of situs inversus totalis. Therefore, a laparoscopic cholecystectomy with common bile duct exploration were performed, using the "french mirror technique", with stone extraction. Patient evolved favorably.

Introduction And Aims: Several non-invasive scoring systems have been developed and validated worldwide to predict the risk of liver fibrosis in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). However, information about the performance of these systems in Latin American populations is scarce.
