Objective: Being Mexico a very diverse developing country, the access to health care varies among geographical regions. We aimed to assess the differences in clinical features and treatment prescription in 3 regions of Mexico using data from the Mexican Adverse Events Registry (BIOBADAMEX).
Methods: We included all BIOBADAMEX patients from 2016 to 2023, compared the prescription patterns, the sociodemographic, clinical, and treatment characteristics between the northern (NR), central (CR), and southern regions (SR), and addressed the treatment survival by calculating hazards ratios (HRs).

The Instituto Nacional de Rehabilitación (Rehabilitation National Institute) (INR) developed a prototype wheelchair cushion (INR cushion) designed to adjust to the anthropometry of the user's ischiogluteal area and prevent pressure ulcer formation while maintaining or promoting functionality. Objective: To use dissection ballow by anterior via for placement of the circular part of the double dispositive prolene hernia system in the surgical treatment of groin hernia.
Methods: Prospective, longitudinal study performed at general hospital. Between 2004 and 2006 to 30 male patients with inguinal hernia in whom dissection of preperitoneal space with dissection ballow by anterior via was performed in order to place the circular part of the double dispositive.

Incapacitating dysmenorrhea has been treated in many different ways both medical and surgical. The best result yet is by uterosacral ablation. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the utility of uterosacral ablation as treatment for incapacitating dysmenorrhea.
