Pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) constitute, together with other tumors of the sellar region, 15-25% of intracranial neoplasms. In 2017, the World Health Organization proposed a new classification of PitNETs. The main innovation with respect to the 2004 classification was the recommendation to include in the immunohistochemical evaluation of PitNETs the determination of the transcription factors of the 3 pituitary cell lineages: Pit-1, Tpit and SF-1.

Background: Limited evidence exists to guide the management of patients with liver metastases from squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). The aim of this retrospective multicentre cohort study was to describe patterns of disease recurrence after liver resection/ablation for SCC liver metastases and factors associated with recurrence-free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS).
Method: Members of the European-African Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association were invited to include all consecutive patients undergoing liver resection/ablation for SCC liver metastases between 2002 and 2019.

Background: Response to treatments in psoriasis can be assessed using the PASI response 50, 75, 90 or 100. Achieving a PASI 100 response would mean a complete resolution of the patient's basal lesions. Therefore, PASI 100 score has been increasingly used in the context of research, but its role in daily practice is currently controversial.

Psoriatic arthritis is a common type of inflammatory arthritis found in up to 40% of patients with psoriasis. Because skin involvement usually precedes joint involvement, dermatologists play a key role in early detection. Early diagnosis is important for reducing the risk of irreversible structural damage, attenuating the deterioration of physical function, and improving patients' quality of life.

Infections, including opportunistic infections, are a major and frequent cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with systemic autoimmune and rheumatic diseases. Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia, classically considered to be typical of HIV patients, transplanted patients or patients treated with oncological chemotherapy, is appearing increasingly frequently in these patients. Therefore, rheumatologists should know its mechanism of production, clinical manifestations, treatment and prophylaxis, all of which are addressed in this review.
