The main objective of the IMPACT-TIMING-GO registry was to assess the proportion of patients undergoing an early invasive strategy (0-24hours) without dual antiplatelet therapy (no pretreatment strategy) in Spain.

We describe an unusual case of axillary vein thrombosis after extensive muscular and fibrillar rupture of the long tendon of the right biceps brachii in a 43-year-old patient after an effort. The difficult diagnosis of this condition requires high suspicion and early treatment.

Frontal fibrosing alopecia and extrafacial lichen planus pigmentosum in a caucasian woman.

We present the case of a 72-year-old Caucasian woman with frontal fibrosing alopecia of one year's duration. Eighteen months later, she presented with sudden hyperpigmentation on the submental area, neck and upper chest. Histopathological examination was consistent with lichen planus pigmentosus.

Four-food group elimination diet for adult eosinophilic esophagitis: A prospective multicenter study.

Background: Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is an esophageal disorder predominantly triggered by food antigens. A six-food group elimination diet (SFGED) achieves remission in more than 70% of adult patients with EoE. After individual food reintroduction, just 1 or 2 food triggers for EoE can be identified in 65% to 85% of the patients, so some dietary restrictions and endoscopies after food challenge may be unnecessary.
