Objective: The risk of progression of multiple sclerosis (MS) related to the association of prognostic factors present at disease onset has rarely been explored. We aimed to construct a clinical risk score for MS long-term progression that could be easily applied in clinical practice.

Patients And Methods: Among 432 patients with MS, 288 patients were selected as a derivation sample for identification of the knowledge prognostic factors more associated with long-term progression.

Objective: This study seeks to identify the role and possible participation of a psychologist/psychoanalyst inside an Oocyte Pick-up Room and Recovery Room (OPR-RR) in an Assisted Reproduction clinic and its implications on patients and team.

Methods: Prospective study of psychological support during the procedures from September 2014 to December 2018. Most visits took place during oocyte retrievals, for either IVF/ICSI or gamete freezing.

Chronic proximal patellar tendinopathy is a challenging condition for its troublesome management in the active patient and difficulty in defining the failure of conservative treatment to indicate surgery. Usually, patients with chronic proximal patellar tendinopathy have already tried several physiotherapeutic modalities and are away from their preferred physical activities for variable periods. The current literature presents some open and even arthroscopic options for treating recalcitrant patellar tendinopathy using a variable magnitude of resources and costs.

Background: To report a case of a chronic steroid user male patient who developed local abscesses caused by and concomitant asymptomatic choroidal granuloma.

Case Presentation: A 37-year-old african-american male with history of use of anabolic drugs and intramuscular mineral oil injections in the upper and lower limbs for 15 years for muscular hypertrophy. He developed intramuscular abscesses with systemic infection, sub-retinal lesions in both eyes and alterations in cerebrospinal fluid suggestive of mycobacteria.
