Introduction: This study aimed to determine the prevalence and association between the severity of COVID-19 and short and long-term neuropsychiatric symptoms, as well as the risk factors for the development of these symptoms.
Materials And Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted between 1st October 2021 till September 2022 in the state of Johor, Malaysia. 300 patients with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection were randomly selected and followed up for six months.

Cotard's syndrome is a rare neuropsychiatric disorder characterized by marked nihilistic delusions. This report describes an Indonesian woman from a small town in Malaysia who was diagnosed with depression and Cotard's delusion. The diagnosis was confirmed after thorough history-taking, clinical examination, and relevant laboratory tests.

Introduction: Data on the prevalence of nontraumatic headaches with red flag symptoms in Asia are sparse. Therefore, the objectives of this study were to determine the final diagnosis and prevalence of abnormal CT scans in patients who presented to the emergency department (ED) with red flag symptoms.
Materials And Methods: This was a retrospective study based on the Radiology Department database of patients who presented to the ED with complaints of nontraumatic headache, had red flag symptoms, and underwent cranial CT scans.
