Bilateral Adult Idiopathic Oclussion of Foramen of Monro is a rare entity, with less than 22 cases published in the literature so far, all of them symptomatic. When the symptoms require it, the current first-line treatment is endoscopic foraminoplasty, sometimes associated with septum pellucidum fenestration, although some authors consider that a more conservative treatment in paucisymptomatic patients. We report the case of an idiopathic biventricular hydrocephalus found incidentally in an asymptomatic 42-year-old female with temporomandibular joint disfunction.

Objective: The objective of the study was to compare the time difference between diagnose and treatment with relation to switching protocols in screening program, DEPRECAM; and to analyze the screening program over our sample.
Methods: It is a retrospective study involving 173 patients with two no time concurrent clinical cohorts referred from DEPRECAM program to San Carlos Clinic Hospital (HCSC) between March 2017 and January 2019. It was compared the time differences between the group forwarded to Breast Pathology service (Group A; n=92) and the group directly forwarded to Radiology department (Group B; n=81), using the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test, estimating the difference of the means together with its 95% confidence interval.

Background: Treatment of liver metastases of colorectal carcinoma is surgical resection. However, only 10-15% of the patients in this context will be candidate for curative resection arising other 10-13% after response to neoadyuvant chemotherapy. In order to perform the liver metastases surgery, it is necessary to have a sufficient remnant liver volume (RLV) which allows maintaining an optimal liver function after resection.

With aging, and with a chronic disease such as cancer, the prevalence of disease-related malnutrition (DRE), sarcopenia, cachexia and frailty increases. These are associated with mortality, toxicity due to antineoplastic treatment and post-surgical complications.

The aetiology of essential hypertension is complex and involves both environmental and genetic factors. Approximately 30% of the inter-individual variability in blood pressure is genetically determined. It has been shown that numerous vasoconstrictors stimulate RhoA in local populations of vascular SMCs that, in turn, promote localised constriction of arterial blood vessels and elevations in blood pressure.

Objective: The diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection is crucial for medical and public health reasons, to allow the best treatment of cases and the best control of the pandemic. Serology testing allows for the detection of asymptomatic infections and 19-COVID cases once the virus has been cleared. We analyzed the usefulness of the SARS-CoV-2 rapid test of Autobio and tried to correlate its pattern with the severity of COVID19 infection.

Material And Method: The study sample was selected from the 235 patients treated by the Mental Health Street Team of Madrid (ECASAM) from June 2014 to June 2017, including those with a previous history of a previous internment in a penitentiary (about which, the HCR-20 was completed).
Results: Of the 44 patients included, 29.
Objectives: To describe in more detail the usual clinical practice regarding physical examination (PE) in Bladder Pain Syndrome (BPS) and to evaluate if the performance of PE relates to changes in severity of symptoms and in Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL).
Material And Methods: Epidemiological, observational, national and multicentric study that included 319 patients with BPS (79 of new diagnosis and 240 in follow-up). Demographic and clinical data were collected.

Background Sex-specific differences may influence prognosis after deferred revascularization following fractional flow reserve (FFR) measurement. This study sought to investigate the sex differences in long-term prognosis of patients with deferred revascularization following FFR assessment. Methods and Results A total of 879 patients (879 vessels) with deferred revascularization with FFR >0.

Objectives: This study sought to determine the incidence, clinical impact, and changes over time of mitral regurgitation (MR) in patients with low-flow, low-gradient aortic stenosis (LFLG-AS) undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR).
Background: Few data exist on the clinical impact and changes in severity over time of MR in patients with LFLG-AS undergoing TAVR.
Methods: A total of 308 TAVR candidates with LFLG-AS were included.
Background Takotsubo syndrome (TTS) is an acute reversible heart condition initially believed to represent a benign pathology attributable to its self-limiting clinical course; however, little is known about its prognosis based on different triggers. This study compared short- and long-term outcomes between TTS based on different triggers, focusing on various physical triggering events. Methods and Results We analyzed patients with a definitive TTS diagnosis recruited for the Spanish National Registry on TTS (RETAKO [Registry on Takotsubo Syndrome]).

The Human T-Lymphotropic Virus type 1 (HTLV-1) affects up to 10 million people worldwide. It is directly associated to one of the most aggressive T cell malignancies: Adult T Cell Leukemia-Lymphoma (ATLL) and a progressive neurological disorder, Tropical Spastic Paraparesis/ HTLV-1 Associated Myelopathy (TSP/HAM). Also, infected patients tend to have more severe forms of infectious diseases such as Strongyloidiasis and Tuberculosis.

It increased its options after the incorporation of MRI in the 90s. The association of real-time ultrasound with anatomical and functional data of multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) has changed the prostate cancer scenario and presumably will modify the therapeutic alternatives.

Aims: The "Discrimination and Stigma Scale" (DISC) was the first instrument specifically designed to evaluate reported experiences of discrimination by people with mental disorders. This study aims to validate DISC-12 version in Spanish population with Schizophrenia and, as specific objectives, to do the external validation with the Self-Stigma Questionnaire (SSQ) scale and Link PDD scale and to validate their internal consistency, temporal and inter-rater reliability.
Methods: 86 individuals with schizophrenia were interviewed at two time points (between one to two weeks) by two raters.
