Objectives: Hepatitis B (HBV) and hepatitis C (HCV) viruses are significant causes of primary liver cancer, responsible for over a million deaths annually. We aimed to develop a screening strategy for viral hepatitis elimination in Spain, aligned with WHO's 2030 objectives.
Design: The CRIVALVIR-FOCUS program, conducted at the Consortium General University Hospital of Valencia, aimed to identify individuals with active blood-borne viral infections through opportunistic population screening.

Background: The general objective of the study was to reflect on the key factors to advance in optimal models of care for Heart Failure (HF) and specifically, on the macromanagement elements most necessary for the development of comprehensive HF management models.
Material And Methods: An Advisory Committee, composed of 15 experts and a multidisciplinary group of 31 additional experts, was appointed, together forming a Delphi panel of 46 experts. Based on a systematic bibliographic review and the analysis of the care course of the patient with HF, an initial battery of key factors for the development of HF care models was identified by the Advisory Committee.

This study quantifies the damage to the internal anal sphincter (IAS) after a rectal mucosal advancement flap for a high transphincteric fistula in 16 patients using 3D-endoanal ultrasound. This was correlated with postoperative incontinence and quality of life scores. The median length of involved IAS preoperatively was 50 % (20-100) and 93.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all surgical activity that was not life threatening was cancelled , as well as most face-to-face consultations. Currently the beginning of the de-escalation phases that will led us to a new normal, forces us to establish some degree of priority in the interventions as well as in the medical consultations. Our objective is to establish some recommendation on Functional Urology office visits and surgical interventions that serve as a tool to facilitate decision-making.

Objective: This study aimed to develop and validate a patient-reported outcome measure (PROM) in acute pancreatitis (AP) as an endpoint centred on the patient.
Design: A PROM instrument (PAtieNt-rePoRted OutcoMe scale in acute pancreatItis, an international proSpEctive cohort study, PAN-PROMISE scale) was designed based on the opinion of patients, professionals and an expert panel. The scale was validated in an international multicentre prospective cohort study, describing the severity of AP and quality of life at 15 days after discharge as the main variables for validation.

Objective: To assess the diagnostic certainty of CT images to identify regional spread of head and neck tumours.
Patients And Method: A CT study was performed on 86 patients with neoplasms in the larynx and/or pharynx. After this, surgical dissection was performed for 142 neck sides.
