Objective: Motility compensation increases the risk of adjacent segment diseases (ASDs). Previous studies have demonstrated that patients with ASD have a poor bone mineral density (BMD), and changes in BMD affect the biomechanical environment of bones and tissues, possibly leading to an increase in ASD incidence. However, whether poor BMD increases the risk of ASD by aggravating the motility compensation of the adjacent segment remains unclear.

As DNA-binding proteins continue to be discovered and increase, it is imperative to design an efficient and accurate identification tool. Considering the time-consuming and expensive traditional experimental technology and the insufficient number of samples in the biological computing method based on structural information, we proposed a machine learning algorithm based on sequence information to identify DNA binding proteins, named multi-view Least Squares Support Vector Machine via Hilbert-Schmidt Independence Criterion (multi-view LSSVM via HSIC).

Background: Xinkeshu tablets (XKS), a well-known Chinese patent drug, have been administered to coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with anxiety and depression after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).

Purpose: This meta-analysis aimed to systematically evaluate the clinical effects of XKS for treating CHD patients with anxiety and depression after PCI.

Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about XKS alone or combined with conventional drugs for the treatment of CHD patients with anxiety and depression after PCI were retrieved from 7 databases (MEDLINE, EMBASE, the Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Scientific Journals Database (VIP) Database, Chinese Biomedical Database (CBM) and Wanfang Database) through November 2021.
