Objective: To explore the relationship between cytokines such as interferon γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-10 (IL-10), and interleukin-6 (IL-6), as well as the severity of the condition, and serum zinc (Zn) and Fe levels in children with infection.
Methods: A simple random sampling method was used to select 108 children with infection admitted to the hospital from January to December 2022 as the study subjects. Collect demographic data such as gender, age, and course of disease from all patients, as well as inflammatory cytokines (InCs) such as IFN-γ, IL-10, and IL-6, the severity of the condition, and serum trace element information such as Zn, Fe, calcium (Ca), and potassium (K) from all patients.

Objective: The success rate of polyvinyl alcohol (PAV) granules in the treatment of coronary artery perforation (CAP) was investigated to determine their safety and efficacy.
Methods: Forty patients with II and III coronary artery perforations during percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into two groups. One group was only occluded by low pressure balloons (balloon occlusion group), and the other one was occluded with PVA granules during low-pressure balloon dilatation (PVA granules embolization group).

The number of patients receiving emergency CABG in the real world is decreasing due to the disadvantages of CABG and the improvement in PCI procedures. Thrombolytic therapy has some disadvantages such as low recanalization rate, high risk of reocclusion and bleeding, and short time window.

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is caused by acquired damage that includes cerebral edema after a mechanical injury and may cause cognitive impairment. We explored the role of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 2 (NADPH oxidase 2; NOX2) and aquaporin-4 (AQP4) in the process of edema and cognitive abilities after TBI in and mice by using the Morris water maze test (MWM), step-down test (STD), novel object recognition test (NOR) and western blotting. Knockout of in mice decreased the AQP4 and reduce edema in the hippocampus and cortex after TBI in mice.

This study investigated that dieckol (DKL), a natural drug, inhibits colon cancer cell proliferation and migration by inhibiting phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K), protein kinase B (AKT), and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) phosphorylation in HCT-116 cells. The cells were treated with DKL in various concentrations (32 and 50 μM) for 24 h and then analyzed for various experiments. Including mechanical ventilation in the current clinical treatment of cor pulmonale, with the development of medical technology, traditional invasive mechanical ventilation has been pointed out to have certain clinical limitations, so new invasive and noninvasive sequential ventilation treatments are gradually being used. Applied in clinical practice, this article selected 96 patients with severe cor pulmonale in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 as the research object and conducted a randomized prospective study.

In order to investigate the efficacy of mosapril citrate combined with ShenQu Xiaoshi oral liquid in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia and the effect on serum cytokines, 136 children with functional dyspepsia admitted from May 2017 to September 2020 were divided into 2 groups randomly, 68 cases in each group. The western medicine group was treated with mosapril citrate tablets, and the combined group was treated with Shenqu xiaoshi oral liquid on the basis of the western medicine group. The efficacy of patients was evaluated 14 days after treatment, and the safety, symptom score, and serum cytokines of the two groups were compared.

Retinal vessel segmentation is an important tool for the detection of many eye diseases and plays an important role in the automated screening system for retinal diseases. A segmentation algorithm based on a multiscale attentional resolution network is proposed to address the problem of insufficient segmentation of small vessels and pathological missegmentation in existing methods.

Patients with DM foot alone were in group B (30 cases), and patients with DM foot combined with lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion were in group C (30 cases).
