Introduction Breast cancer is considered the most common malignant tumor in women, and incidence rates have risen progressively over the last decades. Modified radical mastectomy (MRM) is an effective treatment option. This research sought to establish the frequency, causes, and distribution of postoperative complications that are associated with MRM in the Pakistani population suffering from breast cancer.

Background And Aim: Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is commonly used to diagnose and treat bile duct and pancreatic disorders. Successful cannulation of the papilla is crucial for the effectiveness of ERCP; however, sometimes, it can be challenging to achieve. This study explores the relationship between net difficult ERCP cannulation with bile visibility, papilla orifice visibility, and papilla position and compares it with successful cannulation.

Characterization of Myocardial Recovery in Patients With Tachycardiomyopathy.

Background: The degree and time course of improvement in left ventricular (LV) function with treatment in patients with tachycardiomyopathy (TCMP) is highly variable. This study aims to clinically characterize the recovery of TCMP based on the extent and course of improvement in LV function and identify predictors of complete myocardial recovery.

Methods: In this prospective, single-center, observational study, patients with suspected TCMP who underwent successful tachyarrhythmia termination/control were included.

Typical Atrioventricular Nodal Re-Entry Tachycardia Masquerading as Atrial Fibrillation.

We report 3 cases of irregular, narrow complex tachycardia misdiagnosed and treated for atrial fibrillation. The adenosine response, detection of recurring triple cycle length variation patterns, and pseudo-R-wave in lead V during tachycardia made us suspect typical atrioventricular nodal re-entrant tachycardia. The electrophysiology study confirmed atrioventricular nodal re-entrant tachycardia, and symptoms were resolved by slow pathway modification.
