Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy of stones in the ureter.

In the present paper we report on one-year experience with the application of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in 157 patients with stones in the ureter 63 of which were in the pyeloureteral segment, 52 in the lumbar part and 42 in the distal third.
