Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a global health concern, with a 10% global prevalence. Its prevalence may further increase in the coming decades, thereby increasing the risk of uremic xerosis. Approximately 50-90% of patients with CKD have xerosis, leading to pruritus that affects their quality of life due to sleep disturbances, anxiety, and depression.

Comparative efficacy of drug-eluting balloon and drug-eluting stent for treatment of in-stent restenosis: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Objective: To compare the efficacy of drug-eluting stents and drug-eluting balloons in treating in-stent restenosis.

Methods: The systematic review was conducted from January to February 2022, and comprised literature search on PubMed, ProQuest, Cochrane Library and Google Scholar databases with relevant key words to locate randomised controlled trials and observational studies published between 2000 and 2022 that compared drugeluting balloons and drug-eluting stents in the treatment of in-stent restenosis. The outcomes were all-cause death, cardiovascular death, major adverse cardiovascular events, myocardial infarction, stent thrombosis, stroke and target vessel revascularisation.

There are many studies focusing on malnutrition globally in relation to limited food access; however, there is only limited research on disease-related malnutrition, especially in chronic conditions and particularly in developing countries. This study aims to review articles on the measurement of malnutrition in pediatric chronic disease, especially in developing countries where there are resource limitations in identifying nutritional status in pediatric chronic disease with complex conditions.

COVID-19 vaccination in adolescents is important because the adolescent population has the highest incidence of COVID-19. This study aimed to explore the factors associated with COVID-19 vaccination adherence among Indonesian adolescents. This cross-sectional study involved 7986 adolescents, polled through online and offline surveys conducted in six major islands of Indonesia.

Effectiveness of psychoeducation intervention among women with gynecological cancer: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials.

Psychoeducation interventions have been suggested to improve sexual functioning and quality of life. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of the psychoeducation intervention on quality of life, sexual function, and psychological outcomes; and to identify the critical components of psychoeducation intervention for women with gynecological cancer. This study was a systematic review and meta-analysis.
