To explore the mechanism of the classic formula Sanpian Decoction in treating chronic migraine, this study employed the four-dimensional data-dependent acquisition(4D-DIA) proteomics to analyze the effect of the decoction on chronic migraine in rats and experimentally verified the key differentially expressed proteins. Firstly, SD male rats were randomly divided into groups and repeatedly injected with nitroglycerin to prepare a chronic migraine model. The intervention effect of astragaloside Ⅳ(AS-Ⅳ) on atherosclerosis in apolipoprotein E gene knockout(ApoE)~(-/-) mice was observed based on the nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2(Nrf2)/heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)/glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4) signaling pathway to explore the potential mechanism of AS-Ⅳ in improving ferroptosis in atherosclerotic mice. This study established an atherosclerosis mouse model by feeding them a high-fat diet. After modeling for 8 weeks, ApoE~(-/-) mice were randomly divided into the model group, AS-Ⅳ group, AS-Ⅳ+Nrf2 inhibitor(ML385) group, and ferrostatin-1(Fer-1) group.

The present study observed the clinical effect of modified Yiyi Baijiang Decoction on psoriasis vulgaris and explored its influence on growth factors and inflammatory factors in the serum and skin tissues. A total of 130 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 65 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received Acitretin Capsules and Calcipotriol Ointment, and those in the experimental group received modified Yiyi Baijiang Decoction combined with external application for four weeks.

This study explores the regulatory effect of astragaloside Ⅳ on miR-17-5 p and its downstream proprotein convertase subtillisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9)/very low density lipoprotein receptor(VLDLR) signal pathway, aiming at elucidating the mechanism of astragaloside Ⅳ against atherosclerosis(AS). In cell experiment, oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) was used for endothelial cell injury modeling with vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs). Then cells were classified into the model group, miR-17-5 p inhibitor group, blank serum group, and astragaloside Ⅳ-containing serum group based on the invention.

The chemical constituents of the water extraction of the aerial parts of Isodon henryi were investigated by various chromatographic methods including D-101 macroporous adsorptive resins,silica gel,sephadex LH-20,and semi-preparative HPLC. As a result,ten compounds were separated and purified. By analyses of the UV,IR,MS,NMR spectra,their structures were determined as rabdosinate( 1),lasiokaurin( 2),epinodosinol( 3),rabdosichuanin C( 4),epinodosin( 5),hebeirubescensin k( 6),rubescensin C( 7),enmenol( 8),oridonin( 9),and enmenol-1-β-glucoside( 10).
