Nanobubbles have received great attention in ultrasound molecular imaging due to their capability to pass through the vasculature and reach extravascular tissues. Recently, gas vesicles (GVs) from archaea have been reported as acoustic contrast agents, showing great potential for ultrasound molecular imaging. However, the immunogenicity and biosafety of GVs has not yet been investigated.

The gene is a component of the subcortical maternal effect complex (SCMC). Mutations in the gene, which was the first gene discovered to impact the activation process of the human embryonic genome, have been shown to induce early embryo arrest. A 29-year-old lady with primary infertility underwent fertilization embryo transfer (IVF-ET) for tubal reasons, who had normal hormone levels and ovarian reserve.

Purpose: It was reported that the EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) mutation status was related to primary immune resistance in NSCLC (non-small-cell lung cancer). ICIs (immune checkpoint inhibitors) have poor efficacy and large side effects for people with EGFR mutation. EGFR mutation was considered as a sign of immune therapeutic resistance, but its underlying mechanism is difficult to be determined.
