Predictive Value of Netrin-1 Expression and Ultrasonic Blood Flow in Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Severity.

Objective: To analyze the relationship and predictive value of Netrin-1 expression and ultrasonic blood flow parameters with the severity of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).

Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 115 patients diagnosed with CIN and 37 patients with chronic cervicitis, all of whom underwent surgical intervention. The expression levels of Netrin-1 were evaluated through immunohistochemical staining and quantitative fluorescence PCR.

[The Value of CD44 Mononuclear Cells and Spleen Stiffness Measurement in Minimal Residual Disease in Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Its Prognosis].

Objective: To investigate the value of CD44 mononuclear cells (MNC) and spleen stiffness measurement (SSM) in minimal residual disease (MRD) in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and its prognosis.

Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detected the proportion of CD44 and CD24 MNC in 44 AML patients after induction chemotherapy. The SSM was tested by FS.

Trace elements differences in the depression sensitive and resilient rat models.

The etiology and pathophysiology of depressive disorders remain unclear. Increasing evidences have demonstrated that trace elements such as zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium, selenium, manganese and chromium play vital roles in depressive symptoms. We used a Chronic Unpredictable Mild Stress (CUMS) model to simulate social pressure in rat model and compared the levels of trace elements in the plasma and brain.
