[A review on the application of image fusion technology in prostate cancer radiotherapy based on gold fiducial biomarker].

Image fusion technology had been widely applied in image guided radiotherapy (IGRT) for prostate cancer (PCa) based on the gold fiducial mark (GFM). Image fusion technology included the fusion of CT image, magnetic resonance image, and ultrasound image internally or externally. The application of image fusion technology had improved the identification accuracy of GFM and was helpful for the plan design of PCa radiotherapy.

Background: Programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD-1) and T cell immunoglobulin mucin-3 (Tim-3) are considered as important immunosuppressive molecules and play an important role in tumor immune escape and cancer progression. However, it remains unclear whether PD-1 and Tim-3 are coexpressed in stage I-III colorectal cancer (CRC) and how they impact on the prognosis of the disease.

Materials And Methods: A total of two cohorts with 451 patients who underwent surgery for stage I-III CRC treatment were enrolled in the study.

[Effect of mesenteric lymph obtained during shock on pump activity and oxygen free radical on erythrocyte membrane of rat].

Objective: To observe the effects of mesenteric lymph drainage and transfusion on pump activity and oxygen free radical of erythrocyte membrane of rats following hemorrhagic shock or normal, respectively.

Methods: Twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-shock group, shock group, shock mesenteric lymph drainage group (drainage group) and shock mesenteric lymph transfusion group (transfusion group) by randomization, with 6 rats in each group. Model of hemorrhagic shock was reproduced both in shock group and drainage group after anesthesia and operation, mesenteric lymph was drained 1 hour after shock in drainage group.

Objective: To explore the effect of mesenteric lymph duct ligation in protecting myocardial injury in rats after hemorrhage and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) challenge.

Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into the sham group, non-ligation group and ligation group, and the "two-hit" injury model was reproduced by hemorrhage and LPS administration. Mesenteric lymph was blocked by ligating mesenteric lymph duct in ligation group after hemorrhage.
