A total of 239 patients with DLBCL were enrolled in this study, with 82 patients having refractory/relapsed disease. The radiomics signatures were developed using a stacking ensemble approach.

The transient receptor potential melastatin 7 channel (TRPM7) is a nonselective cation channel highly expressed in some human cancer tissues. TRPM7 is involved in the proliferation, migration, invasion, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of cancer cells. Modulation of TRPM7 could be a promising therapeutic strategy for treating cancer; however, efficient and selective pharmacological TRPM7 modulators are lacking.

Lymphoepithelioma-like intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (LEL-ICC) is a rare liver tumor that appears as a hepatic nodule on imaging with a specific pathological pattern, and the definitive diagnosis relies on its pathological histomorphology, immunophenotype, and Epstein-Barr encoding region test. Radical surgical resection is the primary treatment modality, and immunotherapy is expected to be a new adjuvant treatment option. LEL-ICC with massive multinucleated giant cell infiltration has not been reported so far.

The compound NS5806 is a Kv4 channel modulator. This study investigated the chronic effects of NS5806 on cardiac hypertrophy induced by transverse aortic constriction (TAC) in mice in vivo and on neonatal rat ventricular cardiomyocyte hypertrophy induced by endothelin-1 (ET-1) in vitro. Four weeks after TAC, NS5806 was administered by gavage for 4 weeks.

Background: Empagliflozin has been shown in clinical studies to lower the risk of adverse cardiovascular events. Using proteomics, the current study aims to determine whether empagliflozin reduces aortic alterations in obese mice and to investigate its molecular mechanism of action.

Methods: We constructed obese mice and then treated them with empagliflozin.

However, the understanding of m6A's role and the mechanisms underlying its contribution to gefitinib resistance is notably limited. Herein, using RT-qPCR, Western blot, Cell proliferation and apoptosis, as well as RNA m6A modification assays, we substantiated that heightened FTO (Fat Mass and Obesity-associated protein) expression substantially underpins the emergence of gefitinib resistance in NSCLC cells.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the effects of semaglutide on gut microbiota, cognitive function, and inflammation in obese mice.

Method: Twenty-four C57BL/6J male mice were randomly assigned to three groups: a normal-chow diet group (NCD,  = 8), high-fat diet group (HFD,  = 8), and HFD+semaglutide group (Sema,  = 8). The mice were fed a HFD to establish an animal model of obesity and then administered with semaglutide or saline for 12 weeks.
