The 2019-20 coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) has led to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). To date, no drugs have demonstrated safety and efficacy in randomized controlled trials for patients with COVID-19. Although the association between Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin efficacy lack of solid evidence-base, several governments have adopted it for all virology confirmed Covid-19 cases even for those who are asymptomatic.

Calcifying uremic arteriolopathy (CUA), also called calciphylaxis, refers to the calcification of the walls of the arteries of medium and small caliber, causing ischemic skin lesions. Diagnosis should be made if ischemic lesion develops in a patient with chronic renal failure (CRF), and it is confirmed based on clinical, radiological, and histological criteria. Generalized CUA characterized by ischemia of the penis (IP) along with other localizations of cutaneous ischemia is exceptional, and the morbidity and high mortality rate associated with this entity most often warrant multidisciplinary and conservative management.

The present study aimed to investigate associations between adherence to the recommendations on cancer prevention from the WCRF/AICR and colorectal cancer (CRC) risk in Morocco. Incident CRC cases (n = 1,516) and controls (n = 1,516) matched on age, sex and center, were recruited between September 2009 and February 2017 at five major hospitals located in Morocco. In-person interviews were conducted to assess habitual diet using a validated Food Frequency Questionnaire, physical activity and anthropometric measurements.

Background: Herein, we report an unusual case of multifocal glomus tumors in the same hand in a patient suffering from neurofibromatosis type 1.

Case Presentation: The patient was a 37-year-old Moroccan woman, suffering from neurofibromatosis type 1, with intense pain in the fingers, successfully treated with the excision of the tumors. Histology of the lesions confirmed the diagnosis of glomus tumor.

Methods: A retrospective observational study, conducted in the rheumatology department at CHU Hassan II of Fez, analyzing the records of patients diagnosed as spondylarthritis during the period extending from January 2009 to June 2014. Patients having a spondyloarthritis associated with intestinal bowel disease and psoriasis, as well as reactive arthritis were excluded.
