Background: This case highlights the management of concomitant acute myocarditis and congenital long QT syndrome with electrical storm and incessant Torsade de Pointes.
Case Presentation: An 18 years-old Southeast Asian para 1 abortus 0 (P1A0) postpartum patient with cesarean section owing to severe preeclampsia, acute lymphocytic myocarditis, and prolonged QT interval owing to long QT syndrome. She has incessant Torsade de Pointes treated with beta-blocker, lidocaine, overdrive pacing with a temporary transvenous pacemaker, left cardiac sympathetic denervation per video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator implantation.

Objectives: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by the presence of autoantibodies against nuclear antigens and immune complex deposition. The pathogenesis of SLE is not fully understood; however, there are alterations in neutrophils and lymphocytes. Recent parameters assessing both neutrophil activations (Neut-RI, Neut-GI, IG) and activated lymphocytes (Re-Lymp, As-Lymp) can be used to assess the activation of immune cells.

Background: Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia (GTN) has a high incidence in Bandung, Indonesia, with a mortality rate between 31% and 51%. The most common type is low-risk GTN with various treatment protocols available. Background: Ethanol infusion into the vein of Marshall (EIVoM) may increase mitral isthmus bidirectional block (MIBB) and cause local autonomic denervation that may improve outcome.
Objective: This meta-analysis aimed to investigate whether the addition of EIVoM to atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation led to a better outcome.
Methods: Systematic literature search was performed using PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Europe PMC for studies that compared the addition of EIVoM during AF ablation with radiofrequency ablation.
