In hemodialysis patients, blood pressure variability (BPV) is associated with cardiovascular events and all-cause mortality. However, previous research has predominantly concentrated on the predialysis BPV. In contrast, intradialytic BPV, reflecting the cardiovascular regulatory function during the process of rapid clearance of volume overload, holds greater relevance to the prognosis of patients.

Background And Purpose: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by progressive cognitive decline and neuronal loss, commonly linked to amyloid-β plaques, neurofibrillary tangles, and neuroinflammation. Recent research highlights the gut microbiota as a key player in modulating neuroinflammation, a critical pathological feature of AD. Understanding the role of the gut microbiota in this process is essential for uncovering new therapeutic avenues and gaining deeper insights into AD pathogenesis.

Introduction: Hyperplasia of the mesangial area is common in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) and diabetic nephropathy (DN), and it is often difficult to distinguish them by light microscopy alone, especially in the absence of clinical data. At present, artificial intelligence (AI) is widely used in pathological diagnosis, but mainly in tumor pathology. The application of AI in renal pathological is still in its infancy.

Autism in children is a representative disease of pervasive developmental disorder, and there is currently no matching treatment. In the course of treatment, people generally use special education training, but this training mode cannot meet the comprehensive development of children. The traditional treatment mode cannot meet the changing new situation due to its poor adaptability.

This paper presents the purpose of sport recognition of mental health for users and analyzes and studies the recognition of mental health by sports based on deep learning. The recognition model of sport mental health state composed of data layer, logic layer and display layer is built. After fusing human health data with deep learning algorithm, the feature of human health mutual information is extracted, the feature into the recognition model of mental health state is inputted, and the recognition results of sport mental health mode after forward and reverse operation are outputted.

: The negative effects of sedentary behavior (SB) on public health have been extensively documented. A large number of studies have demonstrated that high prevalence of SB is a critical factor of all-cause mortality. Globally, the frequency of SB research has continued to rise, but little is known about SB in the Chinese population.

Objective: To study whether polymorphisms in the iodothyronine deiodinase (DIO) gene region contribute to endurance exercise capacity and to validate whether TSHR gene can be used as genetic marks associated with aerobic endurance performance.
Methods: Three SNPs (C785T in DIO1 gene regions, Thr92Ala and Gly3Asp in DIO2 gene regions) were selected. The genotypes of the 123 elite long running athletes(EEA) and 127 college students from northern China(CG) were analyzed using the matrix assisted laser desorption ionisation-time of flight mass spectrometry method(MALDI-TOF).

Using lung tissues separated from 12-day-old chicken embryos, we attempted to obtain a novel population of stem cells, namely, chicken lung-derived mesenchymal stem cells (LMSCs), which exhibit spindle-like morphology. The results of colony-forming assay and population doubling assay demonstrated that LMSCs had enormous colony-forming, self-renewal, and proliferative potential. When appropriately induced, LMSCs could differentiate into osteoblasts, adypocytes, chondrocytes, and neurons; in other words, LMSCs had cross-embryonic layer differentiation potential under corresponding induction conditions.

The skin is a natural target of stem cell research because of its large size and easy accessibility. Cutaneous mesenchymal stem cells have shown to be a promising source of various adult stem cell or progenitor cell populations, which provide an important source of stem cell-based investigation. Nowadays, much work has been done on dermal-derived mesenchymal stem cells (DMSCs) from humans, mice, sheep, and other mammals, but the literature on avian species has been rarely reported.

In this study, we compared the functional properties of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) derived from halfpipe-snowboarding athletes who train under hyperoxic conditions with those derived from normal subjects who lived under normoxic conditions. Peripheral blood-derived EPCs were isolated from both halfpipe-snowboarding athletes and normal humans. Cellular growth dynamics, lipoprotein transport, and gene expression of cultured EPCs were compared between the two groups of cells.

The genes of top athletes are a valuable genetic resource for the human race, and could be exploited to identify novel genes related to sports ability, as well as other functions. We analyzed the expressed sequence tags from top half-pipe snowboarding athletes using the SMART complementary DNA (cDNA) library construction method to elucidate the characteristics of the athlete genome and the differential expression of the genes it contains. Overall, we established a full-length cDNA library from the lymphocytes of half-pipe snowboarding athletes and analyzed the inserted gene fragments.

Lung‑derived mesenchymal stem cells (LMSCs) are considered to be important in lung tissue repair and regenerative processes. However, the biological characteristics and differentiation potential of LMSCs remain to be elucidated. In the present study, fetal lung‑derived mesenchymal stem cells (FLMSCs) were isolated from fetal bovine lung tissues by collagenase digestion.

Differences among individuals in exercise performance are determined by a range of environmental and genetic factors. Since 2008, numerous studies in the genetics of exercise performance have been published and a set of significant results have been obtained. In this review, we analyze the research results in physical activity, muscular strength and endurance from reputable papers selected based on these following aspects: sample size, quality of phenotype measurements, quality of the exercise program or physical activity exposure, study design, adjustment for experimental testing and quality of genotyping.

The DMSCs (dermal mesenchymal stem cells) are multipotent stem cells, which can differentiate in vitro into many cell types. Much work has been done on DMSCs from humans, mice, rabbits and other mammals, but the related literature has not been published about these cells in cattle. In this study, we isolated and established the DMSC lines from cattle, thereby initiating further research on these cells, such as growth kinetics, detection of special surface antigen and RT-PCR (reverse transcription-PCR) assays to identify the biological characterization of the cell line.

The use of amnion and amniotic fluid (AF) are abundant sources of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) that can be harvested at low cost and do not pose ethical conflicts. In human and veterinary research, stem cells derived from these tissues are promising candidates for disease treatment, specifically for their plasticity, their reduced immunogenicity, and high anti-inflammatory potential. This work aimed to obtain and characterize bovine amniotic fluid mesenchymal stem cells (AFMSC).

Acute high altitude disease(AHAD), which can be divided into acute mountain disease (AMS), high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) and high altitude cerebral edema (HACE), is one of the special illnesses occurred at high altitude, commonly encountered by travelers to high altitudes (>2 500 m), which affects people's work capacity and health and could be even a life-threatening disease. Despite extensive investigations over the last century, the pathophysiology of AHAD remains elusive. Nevertheless, numerous researches have confirmed the existence of AHAD susceptibility differences.
