Happiness and job satisfaction: Dataset of general school teachers and administrators in implementing new curriculum.

This dataset explores the perception of happiness and job satisfaction among Vietnamese general school teachers and administrators (principals and vice-principles) in implementing a new curriculum. This study uses SPSS Statistics 26.0 and Exel to analyze data on the opinions of 782 general school teachers and administrators (principles and vice-principles) about satisfaction and happiness at work and influencing factors such as gender, age, experience, income, and workplace, workplaces, difficulties, sources of support when implementing new programs.

Facile preparation of porphyrin@g-CN/Ag nanocomposite for improved photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes in aqueous solution.

In the quest of improving the photocatalytic efficiency of photocatalysts, the combination of two and more semiconductors recently has garnered significant attention among scientists in the field. The doping of conductive metals is also an effective pathway to improve photocatalytic performance by avoiding electron/hole pair recombination and enhancing photon energy absorption. This work presented a design and fabrication of porphyrin@g-CN/Ag nanocomposite using acid-base neutralization-induced self-assembly approach from monomeric porphyrin and g-CN/Ag material.

Two new (Oligochaeta, Moniligastridae) earthworms from Vietnam.

Two new earthworm species are described, namely and The former can be recognized by having male pores on spiniform penises in intersegment 10/11, an erect and sac-shaped spermathecal atrium, glandular prostate, the capsule coiled one round, the vas deferens strongly coiled but small, two large, round, genital markings on segments ix-x, and three gizzards in xiii-xv. The latter species is distinguished in having the male pores placed on highly elevated, backwardly directed, conical penises in 10/11, a slender spermathecal atrium, a glandular prostate, a somewhat folded capsule, the vas deferens strongly coiled as a bunch and equal size to the testis sacs, a pair of genital markings located closely anterior to the penises with 1-3 additional ones in xi-xii, and three or four gizzards in xiii-xvi. The DNA barcode fragment of the COI gene was extracted for each species, and the COI genetic distances and phylogenetic analysis also supported two new species.

Early identification and intervention services for children with autism in Vietnam.

Background: In high income countries in Europe and North America, early identification and intervention for autism spectrum disorders (ASD) have been linked to improved long-term outcomes. However, in most low and middle income countries (LMIC) little is known about use or availability of such services, which limits the ability of policy and development planning. The purpose of the present study was assess the use of ASD services in Vietnam, an Asian LMIC, in order to identify areas within the field that should be specifically targeted to improve ASD services in Vietnam.

An annotated checklist of centipedes (Chilopoda) of Vietnam.

The centipede fauna of Vietnam is reviewed from the literature. A total of 71 species in 26 genera, 13 families in four orders, Scolopendromorpha, Geophilomorpha, Lithobiomorpha and Scutigeromorpha, has been recorded from Vietnam. Four genera, Tonkinodentus, Alluropus, Anopsobiella and Megalacrus, are monotypic; and twenty-two species and subspecies are known only from Vietnam.

Cytotoxic constituents from the fungus Daldinia concentrica (Xylariaceae).

Phytochemical study on the methanol extract of the fruit bodies of Vietnamese fungus Daldinia concentrica has led to the isolation and structural elucidation of three cytotoxic constituents, 6,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-3,4-dihydroisocoumarin (1), (22R)-hydroxylanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-3-one (2) and ergosterol (3). Their structures were elucidated by 2D-NMR and FT-ICR-MS. All the three compounds showed moderate cytotoxicity against four cancer cells, KB (a human epidermal carcinoma), MCF7 (human breast carcinoma), SK-LU-1 (human lung carcinoma) and HepG2 (hepatocellular carcinoma).

Main constituents from the seeds of Vietnamese Cnidium monnieri and cytotoxic activity.

From the ethyl acetate extract of the seeds of Vietnamese Cnidium monnieri L., three coumarins, osthole (1), xanthotoxin (2), imperatorin (3) and a sterol, daucosterol (4) have been purified. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis.

Ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one from Vietnamese Xylaria sp. possessing inhibitory activity of nitric oxide production.

From the methanolic extract of Xylaria sp. collected in Vietnam, a fluorescent constituent, ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (1) was isolated and elucidated by the combination of 2D NMR, high resolution MS, IR and UV spectroscopy. Its inhibitory activity of nitric oxide production in RAW 264.
