Background: Camellia oleifera, an essential woody oil tree in China, propagates through grafting. However, in production, it has been found that the interaction between rootstocks and scions may affect fruit characteristics. This study first constructed a development index system for new occupation practitioners from five dimensions (group size, cultural appreciation, salary level, occupation perception, and environmental perception).

Melatonin improves the storage quality of rabbiteye blueberry () by affecting cuticular wax profile.

Cuticular wax is the first line of structural defense for plants against external stresses. This study investigated the effects of melatonin (MT) on chemical composition and accumulation profile of wax, as well as fruit quality of rabbiteye blueberry during storage. The results indicated a significant reduction in the overall wax content during storage.

Tate ex Sweet 1831 is a species of ornamental plant found in southern China. In the present study, the complete chloroplast genome of was sequenced. The genome was 149,453 bp in length and lacked the typical quadripartite structure.

Identification and drug resistance of pathogen of ulcerative skin disease and its immune responses and protective efficacy after vaccination in a giant spiny frog, Quasipaa spinosa.

Objective: In order to explore the pathogen of the ulcerative skin disease in giant spiny frog (Quasipaa spinosa), and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of the disease in practical production, this study was carried out to isolate and identify the pathogenic bacteria from the sick frogs suffering from rotting skin disease and to carry out the immunization test of the inactivated vaccine.

Methods: Physiological and biochemical characterization, and molecular biology of the pathogenic bacteria were identified, and drug screening and immunization responses were also carried out.

Results: The dominant bacterium QS01 was isolated from the lesions of diseased giant spiny frogs, which was confirmed to be the causative agent of the rotting skin disease of giant spiny frogs by artificial regression infection test.

Experience of life quality from patients with aplastic anemia: a descriptive qualitative study.

Background: Despite the increasing incidence of aplastic anemia in China, few studies have explored its effect on the patients' quality of life from the perspective of these patients. In fact, patients with aplastic disorder live with the disease for a long time, and need to face a variety of difficult realities, including multiple disease symptoms and drug side effects, heavy burden of medical costs, difficulties in social reintegration, and negative emotional distress. Therefore, this study used descriptive qualitative research to explore the direct and rich quality-of-life experiences of patients with aplastic anemia.

To analyze the epidemiological patterns of comorbidity of anxiety symptoms and depression symptoms among middle and high school students in Zhejiang Province and to provide evidence for making strategy and evaluation of intervention. Through a multi-stage sampling design, 28 043 students from 376 schools in 30 counties/districts were recruited and surveyed using anonymous self-administered questionnaires in classrooms under the supervision of trained staff between April and June 2022. Anxiety symptoms were assessed using generalized Anxiety Disorders 7-Item Scale, and depression symptoms were assessed using Patient Health Questionnaire 9-Item Depression Scale.

To determine the prevalence and risk factors of constipation in Hangzhou urban areas by analyzing data from a recent epidemiological survey. From August 2022 to June 2023, a cross-sectional survey was conducted on 43 communities on eight streets in suburbs of Hangzhou, including Wangjiang, Sijiqing, Puyan, Changhe, Ziyang, Xiaoshanchengxiang, Zhuantang, and Banshan.
