In this study, the drought-responsive gene from barley was transferred to , and overexpression lines were obtained. The phenotypic characteristics of the transgenic plants, along with physiological indicators and transcription level changes of stress-related genes, were determined under drought treatment. Using morphological and cytogenetic methods, this study evaluated the cold tolerance, post-harvest regeneration capacity, and perennial characteristics of the accession 20HSC-Z9 in the Harbin region of China from 2020 to 2023. Here, we constructed a high-coverage peptide sequencing reference library with 11,668,944 open reading frames and employed an ultrafiltration tandem mass spectrometry assay to identify novel peptides. Through these methods, we discovered 8945 previously unannotated peptides from normal gastric tissues, gastric cancer tissues and cell lines, nearly half of which were derived from noncoding RNAs.

In this study, we isolate and characterize guinea pig epiblast stem cells (gpEpiSCs) from post-implantation embryos. Rational design of effective cathode host materials is an effective way to solve the problems of serious shuttle and slow conversion of polysulfides in lithium-sulfur batteries (LSBs). However, the redox reaction of sulfur differs from conventional "Rocking chair" type batteries and involves a cumbersome phase transition process, so a single-component catalyst cannot consistently and steadily enhance the reaction rate throughout the redox process. In this work, a hybrid composed of magnetopyrite FeS catalyst-modified with N/S-doped porous carbon spheres (FeS@NSC) is proposed as a novel sulfur host to synergistically promote the adsorption and redox catalysis conversion of polysulfides.
