[PROSPECTIVE RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED STUDY ON TREATMENT OF DISPLACED FEMORAL NECK FRACTURES WITH PERCUTANEOUS COMPRESSION PLATE].

Objective: To compare the effectiveness of percutaneous compression plate (PCCP) and hollow compression screw in the treatment of displaced femoral neck fractures.

Methods: Between January 2010 and June 2014, 70 patients with displaced femoral neck fractures were randomly divided into 2 groups. After reduction, fracture was fixed with PCCP in 35 cases (group A) and with hollow compression screw in 35 cases (group B).

[EFFECTIVENESS OF PART LONG THUMB EXTENSOR TENDON DORSAL ULNAR ARTERY CHIMERIC FLAP FOR REPAIR OF Doyle TYPE Ⅲ MALLET FINGER OF THUMB].

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of part long thumb extensor tendon dorsal ulnar artery chimeric flap for repair of Doyle type Ⅲ mallet finger of thumb.

Methods: Between June 2013 and April 2015, 9 cases of Doyle type Ⅲ mallet finger of thumb were treated, which were caused by planer injury. There were 6 males and 3 females, aged from 15 to 65 years (mean, 36 years).

[Effectiveness of dorsal metacarpal island flap for treating scar contracture of finger web].

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of dorsal metacarpal island flap for treating scar contracture of the finger web.

Methods: Between June 2009 and December 2010, 10 patients with scar contracture of the finger web were treated. There were 6 males and 4 females with an average age of 30 years (range, 14-57 years).

[Combined tissue transplantation for complicated hand injury].

Objective: To investigate the effect of combined types in treating cases with 2 to 5 tissues transplantation.

Methods: 305 cases treated from December 1989 to December 2002 were analyzed and summarized. 214 cases were constructed with 2 combined tissues transplantation, the combined types were:toe combined flap,the second toe at both sides transplanted, 2 flaps combined transferred; 75 cases were constructed with 3 combined tissues transplantation, the combined types were: the second toe at both sides combined flap, 2 flaps combined toe, 3 flaps combined transferred; 11 cases were constructed with 4 combined tissues transplantation, the combined types were: 2 flaps combined 2 toes,1 toes combined 3 flaps, 4 flaps combined transferred; 5 cases were constructed with 5 combined tissues transplantation, the combined type was: the wrap flap and the second toe with 1 vascular pedicle and another second toe combined bilateral femoris anterior flaps were transferred.
