Effects of responsive breastfeeding intervention on breastfeeding and infant growth in China: A randomised controlled trial.

Responsive feeding serves as an important protective factor for infant growth and overall health development. This study based on self-determination theory (SDT) aimed to assess the effects of a responsive breastfeeding (RBF) intervention programme on maternal breastfeeding and infant growth and development. A total of 110 mother-infant pairs were recruited and randomly divided into an intervention group (n = 55) and a control group (n = 55).

Incidence and prognosis of acute kidney injury versus acute kidney disease among 71 041 inpatients.

Background: Acute kidney disease (AKD) defines patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) or subacute loss of kidney function lasting for >7 days. Little is known about the prognosis of AKD in hospitalized patients. The aim of this study was to investigate the risk factors and prognosis of AKD and to compare different types of acute/subacute renal impairment among Chinese inpatients.

The value of indocyanine green-FLOW800 in microvasculature for predicting cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome in moyamoya disease patients.

Among the notable complications of direct hemodynamic reconstruction for moyamoya disease (MMD) is cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome (CHS). In this study, we evaluated hemodynamic changes in small regional microvasculature (SRMV) around the anastomosis site by using indocyanine green (ICG)-FLOW800 video angiography and verified that it better predicted the onset of CHS. Intraoperative ICG-FLOW800 analysis was performed on 31 patients (36 cerebral hemispheres) with MMD who underwent superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery (MCA) bypass grafting at our institution.

Methods: Firstly, the effects of different concentrations of isorhamnetin on the expression of PPARγ/PTEN/Akt pathway protein, CA9, PPARγ, PTEN and AKT protein were discussed by western blot. The effects of isorhamnetin on the growth of bladder cells were also analyzed.

Effect of high-quality nursing on orthopedic trauma based on a fast-track surgery model.

Objective: To explore the effect of fast-track surgery (FTS) based high quality nursing on orthopedic trauma.

Methods: In this retrospective study, 94 patients who received orthopedic trauma surgery in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2020 were included. The patients were assigned to a research group (n=47) or a control group (n=47) according to which nursing method they received.

Objective: To explore the application effect of Quality Management Circle (QCC) in nursing of orthopaedic trauma surgery.

Methods: The clinical data of 134 cases undergoing orthopaedic trauma surgery were assigned into 2 groups according to different nursing methods. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed ischemic stroke patients who were treated with IVT between November 2016 and December 2018 in 19 hospitals in Shandong Province, China. Potential predictors of sICH were investigated using univariate and multivariate analyses.

Efficacy of small-dose ganciclovir on cytomegalovirus infections in children and its effects on liver function and miR-UL112-3p expression.

The aim of the study was to explore the efficacy of small-dose ganciclovir on cytomegalovirus infections as well as its effects on the liver function and miR-UL112-3p of children. A total of 141 children infected with cytomegalovirus admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from May 2015 to August 2017 were enrolled, of which 74 children were treated with small-dose ganciclovir as an observation group (Obs group), and the rest were treated with conventional-dose ganciclovir as a control group (Con group). The two groups were compared in efficacy after treatment, changes of liver function indexes [total bilirubin (TB), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST)] and miR-UL112-3p before and after treatment, and adverse reactions after treatment.

Acupuncture for mammary gland hyperplasia: A Bayesian network meta-analysis protocol.

Background: Multiple randomized controlled trials have shown that acupuncture (ACU) work well in the treating mammary gland hyperplasia, which has been widely used in hospitals of China. Although the choices of ACU treatments varies in practice, most are based on experience or preference. Therefore, we outline a plan to assess and rank the efficacy of the various ACU methods to formulate a prioritized regimen for mammary gland hyperplasia in ACU therapy.

The effectiveness of Du moxibustion for ankylosing spondylitis: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials.

[Distribution of allergens and associated risk factors of patients with allergic rhinitis in Qingdao area].

To analyze the distribution of allergens and the risk factors in patients with allergic rhinitis in Qingdao area. Two hundred and sixteen patients diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and 49 healthy volunteers were admitted to the outpatient clinic of the Otolaryngology Department of the three branches of Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital in Qingdao from August 2018 to March 2019. A total of 271 patients（5-84 years old） were included in the epidemiological investigation.

Background: Osteosarcoma (OSA), the most common primary bone malignancy, is characterized by a wide spectrum of complicated pathologies and frequent distal metastasis and causes death in adolescents and young adults worldwide. Antitumor drug treatment strategies include various cytotoxic chemotherapy drugs, while molecular targeted therapy for OSA is currently less used. The present work revealed the role played by the miR-596/Survivin axis in affecting the sensitivity of OSA cells to anlotinib, a novel molecular targeting agent.
