In order to solve the problems of low coverage and accuracy and large mean absolute error and root mean square error when traditional algorithms recommend market management data, this paper proposes an intelligent market management data mining method based on a collaborative recommendation algorithm. According to the preference value of the attribute characteristics of market management data, predict and score the attribute characteristics of market management data; use data mining technology to preprocess the information of market management data, combined with the design of collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm; and realize the collaborative filtering recommendation of market management data. With 50 recommendations, AGCAN improves the accuracy of MovieLens-1M by 43.

In this paper, from the perspective of improving the visual communication of brand design, image texture intelligent matching processing is needed, proposing a brand design texture intelligent matching method based on visual communication, constructing a brand design texture intelligent information acquisition model under visual communication, using automatic image imaging technology for texture imaging and feature segmentation of brand design, and extracting typical brand design and ethnic design language of texture histogram, texture segmentation, and automatic matching under visual communication according to histogram distribution, brand design texture information enhancement and optimization detection by regularized feature fusion method, extraction of edge contour feature points of brand design, and texture matching with the extracted edge contour feature points of decorative patterns as input statistics. The adaptive performance of texture matching for a brand design using this method is better, and the texture discrimination ability is stronger, which improves the application research of better reflecting brand design in modern visual communication design and promotes the innovative combination of traditional cultural elements and modern design.

Effect of annealing using plasma-activated water on the structure and properties of wheat flour.

In this study, wheat flour (WF) was modified by annealing (ANN) using plasma-activated water (PAW) for the first time. Compared with WF and DW-WF, the results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and particle-size analysis showed that the granule structure of wheat starch in PAW-WF was slightly damaged, and the particle size of PAW-WF was significantly reduced. The results of X-ray diffraction and Fourier transforming infrared spectroscopy indicated that PAW-ANN could reduce the long-range and short-range order degrees of wheat starch and change the secondary structure of the protein in WF, in which the content of random coils and α-helices was significantly increased.

During the COVID-19 epidemic, quarantine and financial disadvantages might exacerbate social anxiety among impoverished college students. Based on the hardiness model and the social support buffering model, the present study proposed and verified a dual moderation model to investigate the effects of hardiness on social anxiety and the moderating roles of gender and perceived social support. The hardiness scale, the perceived social support scale, and the social anxiety subscale of the self-consciousness scale were administered to 673 Chinese college students aged 18 to 23 years who were recognized as impoverished by the Chinese authorities and provided with funding.

We report the application of saturable absorbers prepared from graphdiyne-modified tapered fibers to an erbium-doped fiber laser to achieve a femtosecond pulse output. Graphdiyne quantum dots are successfully prepared by the Glaser-Hay method. The graphdiyne-based all-fiber saturable absorber device exhibited strongly saturable absorption characteristics with a modulation depth of 18.

A novel dual-emission ratiometric fluorescent probe based on N-doped yellow fluorescent carbon dots (y-CDs) and blue fluorescent copper nanoclusters (CuNCs) was established for quantitative determination of Cu and biothiols. In this work, the Cu-(y-CDs) complexes formed by the chelation of y-CDs with Cu, showed an absorption peak at 430 nm that not only enhanced the fluorescence of y-CDs through inhibiting photoinduced electron transfer (PET) but also effectively quenched the fluorescence of CuNCs due to Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET). In addition, the chelation of y-CDs with Cu could be inhibited by biothiols that prevented the fluorescence of y-CDs from being enhanced and the fluorescence of CuNCs from being quenched.
