To explore the effects of lncRNA GACAT1/miR-149 molecular axis on the proliferation, apoptosis, migration and autophagy of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cells, and to explore its molecular mechanism. The expressions of lncRNA GACAT1 and miR-149 in tissues and cell lines of patients with OSCC were detected by qRT-PCR. Si-control, GACAT1-siRNA, inhibitor NC and miR-149 inhibitors were transfected into OSCC cells separately or in combination with Lipofectamine 2000.

Odontoblastic/osteogenic differentiation of human dental pulp stem cells (hDPSCs) is a key factor in tooth and pulp regeneration, but its mechanism still remains unknown. The purpose of this research is to look into the mechanism by which Stathmin affects the proliferation and odontoblastic/osteogenic differentiation of hDPSCs, and whether the Wnt/β- catenin is related to this regulation. First, the Stathmin expression was inhibited by lentiviral vector, after that the transcriptome sequencing technology was used to screen the differentially expressed genes, then we found Wnt5a which related to the regulation of Wnt/β-catenin was regulated.

Aim: The aim of this study is to explain effect and mechanism of Sophoridine to suppress Hepatocellular carcinoma in vitro and vivo.
Methods: In vitro experiment, the HepG2 cells were divided into 5 groups: 0μg/mL Sophoridine treated group (0 μg/mL group); 10μg/mL matrine treated group (10μg/mL group); 20μg/mL matrine treated group (20μg/mL group) and 10μg/mL Paclitaxel treated group (Positive drug group). Measuring the cell proliferation of difference groups by MTS assay; evaluating cell apoptosis of difference by flow cytometry; the cell invasion and migration abilities of difference HepG2 cells were measured by transwell and wound healing testing; measuring the relative proteins expression in difference groups.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common cancer with poor prognosis and low five-year survival rate. A strong and effective CD4+ T cell-mediated cytotoxicity was associated with better survival and low recurrence rate in HCC, but the regulatory mechanism that controls CD4+ T cell cytotoxicity in HCC patients is not fully examined. Given that IL-10-expressing B cells could suppress the inflammation of cytotoxic CD8+ T cells, T helper 1 (Th1) cells and Th17 cells, while promoting regulatory T (Treg) cell differentiation, we examined the role of IL-10-expressing B cells in HBV-related HCC patients.

Transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily M, member 8 (TRPM8) is a nonselective cation channel and a candidate for cold sensation signaling, but the relationship between TRPM8 and diabetes remains unclear. In the present study, we determined the expression levels of TRPM8 messenger RNA (mRNA) and the levels of the TRPM8 protein in the bladder tissue of diabetic rats. We also investigated the correlation between TRPM8 expression and the visceral pain stimulation-related factor, calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in diabetic rats.
