Introduction: Functional Neurosurgery (FNS) is a non-invasive and highly efficacious neurosurgical subspecialty but lower middle-income countries (LMICs) are disadvantaged in terms of access and availability of FNS. Through this study we have tried to assess the availability, exposure, utilization, and perceived barriers to five major FNS modalities including deep brain stimulation (DBS), vagal nerve stimulation (VNS), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), MRI-guided focused ultrasound (MRgfUS) and percutaneous rhizotomy in LMICs.
Methodology: We designed a survey using google forms while following the CHERRIES guidelines.

Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis also known as Churg-Strauss syndrome or allergic granulomatosis and angiitis is an extremely rare systemic necrotizing vasculitis that affects small-to-medium-sized vessels. Here, we report a case of a 58-year-old man presenting with painful swelling of bilateral lower limbs with multiple well-defined erosions on lower legs and dorsum of the foot with a few of them showing brownish crusts and with slight watery discharge and a few with raw areas. The patient is a known case of bronchial asthma.

Background: Timely and effective iron supplementation may help reduce the incidence of postoperative anemia and its associated problems. In this study, we aim to assess the efficacy of intravenous ferric carboxy maltose (FCM) on improving hemoglobin(Hb) level posttotal knee arthroplasty (TKA).
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 263 patients who had undergone unilateral TKA with 157 patients in the study group (year 2019) and 106 in the control group (year 2016).

Materials And Methods: A review of electronic and physical records of the patients operated by the senior author for primary TKA at a government funded hospital and a private hospital spanning 2007 to 2019 was done.
