Background: Fatigue is common among patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs) and is associated with decreased quality of life (QoL).
Aims: Describe fatigue evolution and identify factors associated with fatigue outcomes in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn's disease (CD) initiating biologic treatment.
Methods: Data from adult Belgian patients with UC or CD enrolled in a prospective real-world study were utilized.

Background: Factors associated with severe COVID-19 infection have been identified; however, the impact of infection on longer-term outcomes is unclear. The objective of this study was to examine the impact of COVID-19 infection on the trajectory of lung function and nutritional status in people with cystic fibrosis (pwCF).
Methods: This is a retrospective global cohort study of pwCF who had confirmed COVID-19 infection diagnosed between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2021.

Background: The Woven EndoBridge (WEB) devices have been used for treating wide neck bifurcation aneurysms (WNBAs) with several generational enhancements to improve clinical outcomes. The original device dual-layer (WEB DL) was replaced by a single-layer (WEB SL) device in 2013. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness and safety of these devices in managing intracranial aneurysms.

The Woven EndoBridge (WEB) device has been widely used to treat intracranial wide neck bifurcation aneurysms. Initial studies have demonstrated that approximately 90% of patients have same or improved long-term aneurysm occlusion after the initial 6-month follow up. The aim of this study is to assess the long-term follow-up in aneurysms that have achieved complete occlusion at 6 months.

Given the lack of direct comparative evidence, we aimed to compare the oncological outcomes of localized pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) treated in the same tertiary cancer center with isotoxic high-dose stereotactic body radiotherapy (iHD-SBRT) or conventional chemoradiotherapy (CRT). Biopsy-proven borderline/locally advanced patients treated with iHD-SBRT (35 Gy in 5 fractions with a simultaneous integrated boost up to 53 Gy) or CRT (45−60 Gy in 25−30 fractions) were retrospectively included from January 2006 to January 2021. The median overall survival (mOS) was evaluated trough uni- and multivariate analyses.

Several studies have shown promising outcomes of the Woven EndoBridge (WEB) device for the treatment of wide-necked intracranial bifurcation aneurysms. This is a multicenter study attempts to explore the changes in trends and treatment outcomes over time for WEB embolization of intracranial aneurysms. The WorldWideWEB consortium is a retrospective multicenter collaboration of data from international centers spanning from January 2011 and June 2021, with no limitations on aneurysm location or rupture status.

Background: The Woven EndoBridge (WEB) device is a novel intrasaccular flow disruptor tailored for bifurcation aneurysms. We aim to describe the degree of aneurysm occlusion at the latest follow-up, and the rate of complications of aneurysms treated with the WEB device stratified according to rupture status.
Methods: Our data were taken from the WorldWideWeb Consortium, an international multicenter cohort including patients treated with the WEB device.

Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a chronic suppurative disease of the pilosebaceous unit. The current model of HS pathophysiology describes the condition as the product of hyperkeratinisation and inflammation at the hair follicular unit. Environmental factors (such as smoking and obesity), gender, genetic predisposition, and skin dysbiosis are considered the main pathogenic drivers of the disease.

Background The Woven EndoBridge (WEB) device was explicitly designed for wide-neck intracranial bifurcation aneurysms. Small-scale reports have evaluated the off-label use of WEB devices for the treatment of sidewall aneurysms, with promising outcomes. Purpose To compare the angiographic and clinical outcomes of the WEB device for the treatment of sidewall aneurysms compared with the treatment of bifurcation aneurysms.

Objective: Transradial access (TRA) is commonly utilized in neurointerventional procedures. This study compared the technical and clinical outcomes of the use of TRA versus those of transfemoral access (TFA) for intracranial aneurysm embolization with the Woven EndoBridge (WEB) device.
Methods: This is a secondary analysis of the Worldwide WEB Consortium, which comprises multicenter data related to adult patients with intracranial aneurysms who were managed with the WEB device.

Objective: Auditory neuropathy spectrum disorders (ANSD) are defined by the association of a preserved outer hair cell function and an impaired auditory nerve neural response, and present mostly bilaterally. Unilateral ANSD are consequently only seldom described, and most frequently as isolated cases. This study aims to describe the audiological, vestibular and radiological characteristics of a population of children with unilateral ANSD.

Carpal stability depends on the integrity of both intra-articular and intracapsular carpal ligaments. In this review, the role of the radial-sided and ulnar-sided extrinsic and intrinsic ligaments is described, as well as their advanced imaging using magnetic resonance arthrography (MRA) and contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with three-dimensional (3D) scapholunate complex sequences and thin slices. In the last decade, the new concept of a so-called "scapholunate complex" has emerged among hand surgeons, just as the triangular ligament became known as the triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC).

Liver transplantation (LT) remains the only curative option for patients suffering from end-stage liver disease, acute liver failure and selected hepatocellular carcinomas and access to the LT-waiting list is limited to certain strict indications. However, LT has shown survival advantages for patients in certain indications such as acute alcoholic hepatitis, hepatocellular carcinoma outside Milan criteria and colorectal cancer metastases. These newer indications increase the pressure in an already difficult context of organ shortage.
