It may be possible that undiagnosed thrombophilia exaggerates an already pro-thrombotic state in COVID-19 patients and may be responsible for severe disease in absence of any known co-morbidity. The aim was to analyze the association of underlying thrombophilia with the severity of COVID-19 infection in post-COVID patients after a minimum of 6 weeks of recovery and to compare thrombophilia profile in severe versus non-severe COVID-19 patients.
