The short version of the Young Schema Questionnaire (YSQ-S3) is widely used globally to assess EMS, and has yet to be validated in the Arabic language. The aim of the current study was to validate the Arabic version of the YSQ-S3 in Arabic-speaking young adults from Lebanon.

Methods: A total of 122 samples were collected, with demographic data including age, hot beverage consumption, cigarette smoking and other tobacco practice using pre-designed questionnaires. Buccal cells were collected, stained, and screened for micronuclei (MN) under a microscope and two evaluators independently assessed all the slides.

Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on Lebanese adults between October 2021 and June 2022 using an electronic structured self-administered questionnaire that was circulated online using the different social media platforms.

Predictive role of [F]FDG PET-CT radiomic parameters for KRAS/BRAF/EGFR mutations in metastatic colorectal cancer patients.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to evaluate the predictive value of F-fluorodeoxyglucose [F]FDG positron emission tomography (PET-CT) radiomic parameters in relation to KRAS/BRAF/EGFR mutations in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).

Methods: Blood samples were collected from 90 mCRC patients to assess KRAS G13V, BRAF V600E, and EGFR exon 20 mutations. [F]FDG PET-CT scans were performed, and radiomic parameters, including the SUV max, max TBR, total MTV, and total TLG, were calculated and correlated with different genotypes and haplotypes of the aforementioned mutations.
