India has a long history of using sudation therapy and oil massage as Ayurvedic treatments. However, nothing is known about its side effects, and just two studies have identified side effects as cutaneous adverse drug reactions brought on by Ayurvedic oil massage. We are presenting the example of a 72-year-old adult man who visited our hospital and had his right knee massaged with Nirgudi oil followed by sudation therapy.

Introduction: Primary open angle glaucoma is an insidious and chronic vision-threatening eye ailment due to neuro-retino-optic nerve degeneration, which may be due to the raised intraocular pressure (IOP) or due to independent factors. Management of glaucoma is mainly concentrated on lowering IOP that requires lifetime topical medication, different ocular medicaments for lowering of IOP, and surgical interventions, but it has its own limitations to control the progression of glaucomatous optic neuropathy (GON), and this is the reason behind the use of alternative neuroprotective adjuvants.

Case report: "Management of urethral stricture with Uttara Basti".
