Epithelial splicing regulatory protein 2 (ESRP2),an important alternative splicing protein of mRNA, is reported to have a dual role in tumors, which can promote or inhibit the occurrence and development of tumors. However, the function and mechanism of ESRP2 in breast cancer (BC) remain unclear. The distribution of ESRP2 expression in breast cancer and the correlation between ESRP2 expression and the overall survival rate were detected by The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database.

To determine the relationship between the ice amount of packing for transportation of pasteurized milk and the temperature in the foam box and the transportation time under a certain external temperature, and to obtain the appropriate ice amount data. Considering the influencing factors of foam box ice aviation logistics and the actual operation mode, the energy consumption model of foam box ice transportation was established, and the energy consumption balance process was analyzed. On this basis, the ice amount of foam box ice transportation was set as different standards, and the corresponding relationship between the logistics duration and the temperature in the foam box was studied under different external temperatures and 50%~20% ice amount.

This study investigated the trajectory-planning problem of a six-axis robotic arm based on deep reinforcement learning. Taking into account several characteristics of robot motion, a multi-objective optimization approach is proposed, which was based on the motivations of deep reinforcement learning and optimal planning. The optimal trajectory was considered with respect to multiple objectives, aiming to minimize factors such as accuracy, energy consumption, and smoothness.

Objective: To explore the therapeutic mechanism of tanshinone IIA in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in rats.
Methods: A total of 100 male SD rats were randomized into 5 groups (=20), and except for those in the control group with saline injection, all the rats were injected with monocrotaline (MCT) on the back of the neck to establish models of pulmonary hypertension. Two weeks after the injection, the rat models received intraperitoneal injections of tanshinone IIA (10 mg/kg), phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase (PI3K) inhibitor (1 mg/kg), both tanshinone IIA and PI3K inhibitor, or saline (model group) on a daily basis.

The Asian citrus psyllid (ACP) is the main vector of the pathogen Liberibacter asiaticus (Las), which is the causal agent of citrus Huanglongbing disease. Feeding by both ACP nymphs and adults on host plants allows them to obtain nutrition. Therefore, the nutritional content within the plant phloem is of much importance for the development and reproduction of ACP.

Objectives: To systematically examine the effectiveness, tolerability, and safety of brexanolone infusion in treating postpartum depression (PPD).
Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included.
Results: Two articles reporting 3 RCTs with 4 active arms (n = 267) covering 156 women with PPD receiving brexanolone infusion and 111 women with PPD on placebo were included.

Objective: As a non-competitive N-methyl-d-aspartate receptor antagonist, memantine has been used to treat major mental disorders including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder (MDD). This meta-analysis systematically investigated the effectiveness and tolerability of adjunctive memantine for patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and MDD.
Methods: Only randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were identified and included in the study.

Two different methods, power spinning and annealing (PSA), quenching and power spinning followed by annealing (QPSA), for manufacturing the cylindrical parts with ultrafine-grained (UFG) structure were reviewed, the dislocation density and microstructural evolution during the two different processes of PSA and QPSA were further studied. The results show that the required strains for obtaining the UFG structure by power spinning is only 0.92 when the initial microstructure of the material is in the phase of lath martensite.

Here, we investigated the localization pattern and infection dynamics of Wolbachia in different developmental stages of ACP.

Aims: The Asian citrus psyllid (ACP), Diaphorina citri Kuwayama transmits the bacterium 'Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus' (Las), which causes citrus huanglongbing (HLB) disease. Although many studies have been conducted on the biology of ACP on different host plants, few have taken the plant, Las bacteria and the vector insect within one context to evaluate the effects of Las on the fitness of ACP under field conditions. Understanding the relationship between Las and ACP is critical for both ACP and HLB disease management.
